In the teachings of , it is said that the realization of the path is: When fire reaches the secret place, one feels physical comfort; when fire reaches the navel chakra, warmth arises; when it reaches the heart, wisdom arises; when it reaches the throat, one knows many verses; when it reaches the forehead, the appearance of clear light arises; when it reaches the crown chakra, non-conceptual thought arises, and the knots of the six chakras are released. Thus it is said. The eighth Dharma session is completed. From then on, the ninth Dharma session, when meditating on the bindu, there are two things here to be understood and to be meditated upon. Generally speaking, there are two types of bindu: the conventional causal bindu and the ultimate wisdom bindu. The wisdom bindu is the unchanging self-aware wisdom that enters one's own continuum, its essence is emptiness, the nature of the Dharmakaya, the clear Sambhogakaya, and the unobstructed Nirmanakaya. It has the all-pervading great bindu, and the bindu of all bodies, and the bindu of the eight-petaled lotus, and the indestructible bindu, etc., which are spoken of in the tantras with many names, and the causal bindu, which is like the basis of that, generally speaking, the veins on which the white element depends are seventy-two thousand, and in particular, the twenty-four vein places, and in the vein petals of the chakras, there are the forms of the seed syllables of the various deities, and in particular, in the center of the five vein places, and the most excellent upward-pointing Ham (ཧཾ,haṃ,హం,హం,种子字) at the top of the central channel, residing in a downward-pointing manner, etc. When that pure basis increases, stability and wisdom also arise, and when it declines, merit and wisdom also decline. It is said that it is not good for the causal bindu to decline in this way, and there is a history of this even in the doctrines of other tirthikas and Bonpos. Bhikshus and novices have transgressions, and bhikshus have residual downfalls, which are spoken of in all vehicles. In particular, the non-dual tantra mainly teaches the bindu, so even if the bindu declines once, one will not attain supreme accomplishment in this life, and it is also said to be a root downfall. In the father and mother tantras, it is only like that when meditating on the bindu, and it is not considered otherwise. The root of Dharma is Bodhicitta, abandoning that means abandoning the desire to attain Buddhahood for the sake of sentient beings, and the decline of the causal bindu is similar to a root downfall, but it is not real, and there are many such views. Cherishing the holding of the bindu.

If you carelessly disregard it, it will lead to root downfall; even if you have the intention and focus to hold it, but if it is lost because the prana is not purified, you should know that it is nectar itself, and drinking it before the heat dissipates will not cause root downfall. From the Tantras of Bliss and Joy, it is clearly stated, "The taking of the undying tongue," and so on. Even if you are able to hold the bindu, you should know that it is allowed during secret empowerment in order to ripen the disciple; to uphold the teachings by continuing the lineage; to eliminate obstacles and diseases of the bindu; and for the purpose of needing substances to accomplish special samaya substances, so there will be no downfall. At the wrong time, protect it as you would your life. Furthermore, the clear bindu, like silver water, is the seed of existence that is held by ordinary people. Impurities are mixed with the thought of attachment, the state of seasonal moisture, decay, leakage, excretion, etc., so they cannot be held. The clear part of the impurities, the ordinary white form, if held, will only increase the body and have little merit. The clear part and silver water, if held, will lead to decline and downfall, and diminish merit. If it does not diminish but increases, wisdom will arise. The clear part of the clear part, such as the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), will not diminish; if it diminishes, it will cause death. In short, the clear part of the causal bindu, and the unborn dharmakaya of mind itself, and the mind vajra of all Buddhas, exist inseparably. Therefore, by practicing the bindu, the impure bindu is purified, the pure bindu increases, and the indestructible bindu gradually fills the root places, so the qualities of the bhumis and paths manifest. When the bindu is stable and unmoving in the root places, the truths are seen in sequence. If you are able to bind it on the crown of the head, you should understand the meaning of realizing samsara, etc. The actual object of the bindu is, according to the texts, "From the aperture of Brahma on the crown of the head, to the central channel, which is the length of a finger, contemplate it between the tip of the nose." And according to the oral instructions, "The upper end of the central channel reaches the tip of the nose by a finger's length, from the center of the brain." And according to the texts, "Then, in the aperture of Brahma, contemplate the six-spoked wheel and the surrounding circle; behind that, contemplate the sixteen-petaled lotus." And according to the oral instructions, "Between the inner and outer sides of the skull bone on the crown of the head, in the realm of the gods, contemplate the yellow six-spoked wheel, the center is blue; behind that, many lotuses like vadaka surround the wheel like a circle."
