Some people are amazed when they see thick veins and exclaim that they have realized the central channel. In reality, they are merely calling the thick veins that can control the flow of wind and bindu during secret practice the central channel. How can that compare to the central channel of supreme wisdom? Moreover, it is clear that it is not the central channel that has not yet been purified, because the central channel, the weak vein on the right side of the central channel, and the black vein are not visible at all. Therefore, if one boasts of having realized the central channel, it is clear that one has not seen any commentary on the unsurpassed tantras. After understanding the above, the actual object of meditation is as follows: Here, one can practice with either (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷ་ཝ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: self-nature) or (Tibetan: ཤུ་ནྱ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: śūnyatā, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness) to empty the clinging to reality; if one has a good understanding of the view, then understanding that all things are empty in their own nature, there is no need for mantra. Visualize yourself as the Bhagavan Great Compassionate One manifested as a wrathful form, destroying and devouring all unfavorable conditions to be abandoned, the body color like ruby or coral, radiating light like the essence of the sun, with three eyes, the face slightly open, presenting a state of both peacefulness and wrath with a smile, the two feet standing in a posture of establishing wisdom, the posture soft and elastic. The two hands, the right hand symbolizes the acquisition of the essence and heart of phenomena and sentient beings, so holding a heart; symbolizing the rapid attainment of the fruit of meaning, so holding two red meaningful lassos, holding them in the form of a hand gesture; the left hand shakes a hand drum, symbolizing awakening from the sleep of ignorance, and advancing the path at every moment, the body naked, with charnel ground ornaments and other wrathful features; to symbolize the burning of the hordes of obstructing demons, residing in the center of the blazing fire of self-light, bliss, and warmth. Moreover, one face represents the single Dharmakaya, two hands represent skillful means and wisdom, two feet represent the two truths, three eyes represent the three bodies, four fangs represent subduing the four maras, the body color red represents compassionately cherishing beings, the lotus seat represents not being stained by the mud of samsara, the sun disc represents dispelling the darkness of beings, possessing the ten powers represents perfecting the ten qualities, the eight charnel ground ornaments and so on represent purifying the accumulation and lineage, if one can understand these symbolic meanings, one can avoid the pitfalls of the generation stage, clearly visualize the upper and lower order of the external form, and finally focus the mind on the overall form, then the inside of the form.

Even the top is visualized as emptiness, like blowing up a balloon. The outside is visualized as a red silk tent, and the inside is visualized as a bright deity body. The inside is empty, and awareness is placed in it. This is called the empty shell of the outer body. In this way, one's own body is visualized as the deity body, and below the navel chakra inside the body, visualize Awadhuti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), Kundarma (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), Rahu (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), crow-faced, Kakakmukha (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), conch-bearing woman, benevolent woman, and the one who brings darkness. These are spoken of with various names in their respective tantras. The remembrance of Kundarma matures by gathering the chakras of the channels. The karmic winds are reversed and wisdom is held. Kun is the treasure of the qualities of the Nirmanakaya, Dharma is the quality of the Sambhogakaya, and Karma is the manifestation of the Dharmakaya. The key to these twelve branches is to expand and contract them. As stated in the outer section of the Dakini Secret Treasury, the supreme central channel itself, to symbolize bliss, is white on the outside; to symbolize clarity, it is red on the inside; to symbolize the non-conceptual Dharmakaya, it is empty and blue on the inside; to symbolize the path to enlightenment, it is straight; like a medium-sized young bamboo shoot; like the empty tube of a paper roll; as bright as a sesame oil lamp, visualizing in this way is the empty shell of the inner channels. In its center is the consort, the secret wisdom dakini Vajravarahi or the fire goddess, the essence of a white-clothed woman, the red ra syllable (Tibetan: རཿ, Devanagari: रः, Romanized Sanskrit: raḥ, literal Chinese meaning: raḥ), the size of a small bean. The fire that arises from this is the size of a black bean, the color is red, and the touch is hot like burning iron. Visualizing in this way is visualizing the fire bindu. After these are clear, the body is in the vajra posture or any comfortable posture, with the seven dharmas of Vairochana well arranged. From the left, right, and both channels, with the three ways of peaceful, fierce, and equal, completely exhale the remaining karmic winds, visualizing that all the diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations accumulated from beginningless lifetimes are completely expelled from the two nostrils and pores with a whooshing sound. Then inhale slowly and deeply, visualizing that from the space twelve finger-widths in front of the nostrils, the five-colored winds of the nature of the five wisdoms appear like hollow threads of light and enter the nostrils. Entering the central channel below the navel, like adding fuel to a fire, from the fire bindu, a non-material flame arises, the size of a copper needle, burning to a length of five fingers, even for a moment.
