Therefore, this is the auspiciousness of accomplishment. The actual object of focus: the emptiness of the external body, oneself as the wrathful flesh-eater, body color red, semi-wrathful, standing with both feet. Two hands, the right hand holding a heart hook, and the left hand playing a hand drum. Directly in front of the navel is the central channel: the outside is white and the inside is red, about the size of a medium-sized bluish-green bamboo. In the center of that, from the syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, literal Chinese meaning: let/fire), the fire that arises is the size of a pea, the light is flickering. Thinking like that, holding the breath, think that the warmth is slightly increased by the wind. Having practiced that for three nights, warmth will greatly increase as if reducing clothes. It is said. Regarding this, there are two things to understand and meditate on: meditating on the body as the body of a wrathful deity is deeper than the outer characteristic vehicle, and especially meditating on the inner channels and bindus is deeper and more special than the action yoga tantra. In general, it is said that the vajra body has seventy-two million channels, but if condensed, they gather into three channels and five chakras. The five chakras also have paired channels that generate faults and qualities. The center of the five chakras is also the central channel. The central channel is the only generator of wisdom channels and qualities. Therefore, here, meditating only on the central channel is equivalent to the function of the five chakras. The three channels, central, left, and right, are also generators of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and are the nature of the three kayas. Therefore, the outer white of the central channel contains the meaning of the right channel, all the channels through which the white element flows. The inner red contains the meaning of the left channel, all the channels through which blood flows. The inner blue of the central channel contains the meaning of all the channels of the central channel's lineage, through which wind flows, and it generates bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and is the auspiciousness of attaining the three kayas. If one thinks that this is not consistent with the actual situation of the body, then the actual situation is that the central channel is also bound by thirty-two knots, and it is also crooked and bent, the channel petals of the crown of the head cover the upper and lower parts of the body like an inverted vase, the channels of the throat are like a bundle of threads, the channel petals of the heart are like a rolled-up coil, and the channel petals of the navel are like tangled ropes. Although it is said like that, these are things that need to be purified, liberated, and practiced. Therefore, if one meditates on the channel as the basis in this way, then wind, mind, and bindu will enter.

Since falling into faulty places will become flawed, there is a risk of getting lost in obstacles and wrong paths, therefore, practicing the central channel here is profound. Practicing single breathing exercises, which are also the same in meaning as the central channel, is also profound when summarized. This central channel has the supporting central channel of means, the life-force central channel of wisdom, and some believe that there is a wisdom central channel between these two, as well as existing within the life-force channel, existing in the gap of the life-force channel, and believing that it exists now and disappears after death, and so on. Although there are many explanations in the tantras and by various great accomplished ones, omitting the elaborations of refutation and establishment, according to this tradition, the central channel to be purified that exists in this impure body of karmic maturation is the black life-force channel itself. Then, one might think, does this contradict the statement that there is no blood, etc.? No, this is the wisdom central channel, which abides in that life-force channel. Here, by taking the object to be purified as merely a support, and practicing the purifying wisdom central channel, the result of purification, the Vajra Body, is accomplished. Therefore, practice only the central channel, and initially practice a short central channel in the navel. The reason for practicing is: when the body is first formed, in the center of the navel's Nirmāṇakāya chakra, there is a supreme channel called the "ox-eye channel," which is like the eye of a wild animal Ena, a channel that generates the heat of bliss and emptiness from the lotus. That is the center of everything, and it gradually generates the body in many ways, therefore it is called the central channel. In accordance with this, here too, one practices a short central channel in the navel. Then, one might think, this does not conform to the way the Vajra Body is accomplished, practicing a short central channel, and not practicing single breathing exercises and other chakras, but only practicing the central channel, etc., is it reasonable? Although the words and the object of practice are different, they are consistent in meaning. In the instruction manuals of the previous great accomplished ones, it is also said that the central channel should be practiced to pervade the ends of the body, even to the fingertips, and it is said that by practicing in this way, the oral transmission of the secret instruction that wherever the breath is held in the channel, it will generate qualities and not create faults. Similarly, it is also said that the wisdom central channel pervades all of existence, samsara and nirvana, and that the wisdom central channel is the inexhaustible Vajra Body, the wheel of adornment of all Buddhas, therefore, the life-force channel of the body is merely taken as the support for practicing it, and it is established as the central channel, and nowadays some people's bellies become flat after doing Tsa Lung.
