Meeting is the result of accumulating merit and pure aspirations from countless lifetimes, so cultivate joy. These are also obstacles removal at this time. Now, the central channel and the fire should be extended upwards, and attention should be focused on the heart. When the mind's thoughts are arranged, there are thirty-two pulse petals. If they are gathered, there are eight. If wind and mind are contained in these pulses, wisdom and realization will arise. If reversed, it will produce madness, discomfort, and wind diseases, etc., with many faults and merits. The center of the wheel of Dharma is also the central channel at the heart. Do not pay attention to other pulses, but focus solely on it, which will generate realization, increase wisdom, and other qualities. Moreover, at this time, the practice of wind combination is mainly practiced. For this, there are two things to understand and practice: The first is about the three winds of the elements, karma wind, and wisdom wind. The wind of the elements is the outer Rahu. The inner wind exists in a mixed way of karma and wisdom. The speech vajra of all Buddhas, one's own language sounds and letters exist without distinction in it. All suffering and happiness, good and bad, are done by the wind. The wind produces the body, increases life and merit, and decline leads to aging and death, etc., the good and bad of samsara, as well as the experience and realization of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination. The wind makes sentient beings with outflows appear as Buddhas, and accomplishes all body and wisdom. Furthermore, the wind flowing in the pulse is one hundred twenty-six thousand six hundred and six hundred... It is said that six hundred are flowing. From here, a note: It is called the great flowing wind. Guru Rinpoche said in Lama Gongdu: Although there are many statements about the branches of wind, in summary, there are two types: karma wind and wisdom wind. Wisdom wind is mixed with mind, and mind is mixed with karma wind, and the two are inseparable. It is said in the Tantra: Wind and mind are mixed together, therefore wind does all actions. The wisdom wind is free from flowing, and the body is formed from its pulse. The karma wind flows in two pulses: the earth wind has five thousand four hundred, and the three winds of fire, water, and wind also have that much each, totaling twenty-one thousand six hundred.

From the "Stainless Confession Tantra": The winds that rely on the channels number twenty-one thousand. Furthermore, as the mind moves, the wind moves within the channels. From the "Stainless Confession Tantra": From the channels, निश्चित(Tibetan: ངེས་པར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: निश्चित, Sanskrit Romanization: niścita, Chinese literal meaning: निश्चित) movement is one hundred twenty-six thousand six hundred. From the channels, निश्चित(Tibetan: ངེས་པར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: निश्चित, Sanskrit Romanization: niścita, Chinese literal meaning: निश्चित) arising is considered a subtle moving wind. That is it. These are the names. Again, according to one tradition, from the instructions of the "Wish-Fulfilling Treasury": Life-wind, pervasive-wind, fire-equalizing-wind, upward-moving-wind, downward-cleansing-wind. The winds that move through the sense faculties of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body, are ten in total. If summarized, the ten winds and the five winds of the five elements, these ten winds are the five root winds: life-sustaining, downward-cleansing, upward-moving, pervasive, and equal-dwelling, these are five. The five branch winds are: Dragon-name, like a tree frog, owl-heavenly-giver, wealth-god, these are five. Detailed information can be learned from elsewhere; these names were spoken by the master emanation. Furthermore, since they are gathered into the two, karma-wind and wisdom-wind, therefore, by controlling the wind, the karma-wind gradually transforms into wisdom-wind, thereby arising the qualities of the path's signs. All karma-winds transform into wisdom-wind, and when entering the central channel, it is said that supreme accomplishment is attained, therefore, the key point of wind practice is like that. From the "Stainless Confession Tantra": The arising of the body ceases, the conceptualization of the mind stops, non-conceptual wisdom arises, external appearances cease, and wind and mind merge into one; therefore, it accomplishes all activities of wind. Thus it is said. All mantra(Tibetan: སྔགས, Sanskrit Devanagari: मंत्र, Sanskrit Romanization: mantra, Chinese literal meaning: 真言) recitation and accomplishment are complete with the three aspects of wind: entering, abiding, and exiting. Entering inward is ॐ(Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 唵); abiding inward is ཨཱཋ, अ (a) is the life of all letters, therefore it contains all long and short mantra(Tibetan: སྔགས, Sanskrit Devanagari: मंत्र, Sanskrit Romanization: mantra, Chinese literal meaning: 真言); exiting outward is हूँ(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), which is the end of all mantra(Tibetan: སྔགས, Sanskrit Devanagari: मंत्र, Sanskrit Romanization: mantra, Chinese literal meaning: 真言). Within that, the three kayas are also complete. Knowing its key point, uniting the three aspects of wind, exiting, entering, and abiding, without reciting verbally, but counting, this is the wind-vajra recitation, which is the ladder for all deity recitation and accomplishment. Practicing this is also the supreme method for longevity accomplishment. From the "Compendium of Origins Tantra": The protector who is the nature of wind, should also be known as the three kayas. Entering is the Dharmakaya, abiding is the Sambhogakaya, exiting is said to be the Nirmanakaya. These are considered to be the three kayas.
