Therefore, if the meaning of these words is understood, the errors of the generation stage can be eliminated. From the upper and lower levels of the external body, visualize clearly in sequence, and finally focus the mind on the entire body. Then, contemplate the inside of the body, starting from the tips of the fingernails, as empty as if blowing an empty bamboo tube. Like erecting a red silk tent outside, visualize the deity's body brightly, with the inside empty and clear, and settle awareness in it. This is called the emptiness of the outer body. Thus, when visualizing oneself as the deity's body, inside the body, directly in front of the navel, there are Awadhuti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Kundarma (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Rahu (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Crow-faced, Kakhamukha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Conch-bearing Woman, Benevolent Woman, Darkness Descender, etc., which are spoken of in various tantras with many names. The remembrance of Kundharma, and the gathering of the chakras of the channels, ripen it. Karma wind is reversed, and wisdom is held. Kun is the treasure of the qualities of the Nirmanakaya, Dharma is the quality of the Sambhogakaya, and Karma manifests the Dharmakaya. The twelve branches of this, expanding and contracting are the key. As stated in the outer section of the Dakini Secret Treasury, the supreme central channel itself, to symbolize bliss, is white on the outside; to symbolize clarity, it is red on the inside; to symbolize the non-conceptual Dharmakaya, the inside is empty and blue; to symbolize the path to enlightenment, it is straight; about the size of a small bamboo shoot or a medium-sized bamboo pole, like the hollow of a paper roll, as bright as a sesame oil lamp. Contemplating in this way is the emptiness of the inner channel. In its center, there is the deity Vajravarahi, the secret wisdom dakini, or the fire goddess, wearing white clothes, whose essence is the red syllable rah (藏文:རཿ,梵文天城体:रः,梵文罗马拟音:raḥ,汉语字面意思:raḥ), about the size of a small bean. The fire that arises from that rah is about the size of a black bean, red in color, and the touch is hot, like burning iron. Contemplating in this way is contemplating the fire bindu. After these are clear, sit in the vajra posture or in a comfortable posture, and arrange the seven dharmas of Vairochana well. From the left and right channels, and from both channels, exhale the breath completely, without leaving any residue, with the three modes of peaceful, forceful, and balanced. Visualize that all the diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations accumulated from beginningless lifetimes are expelled from the two nostrils and pores with a swooshing sound. Then inhale slowly and deeply, visualizing that from the space twelve fingers' width in front of the nose, the nature of the five wisdoms appears, and the five-colored breaths, like threads of light, enter through the nostrils, rising up into the central channel below the navel, and meet the fire.

Like striking a flint, from that spark of fire, visualize a flame that is not formed from the nature of light, but a flame as thin as a copper-colored female needle, about five fingers in length, which does not stay still for even a moment, but focus on the flickering and wavering of the tip of the flame, and meditate. Moreover, that point of fire, its base is stable, its color is very red, its touch is very hot, the tip of the flame is very thin and sharp, it is important to meditate on it flickering without stopping; the length of five fingers symbolizes the fire of the five elements, the five goddesses, and the five dakinis, etc.; it is said that the self-measurement of Tummo is five fingers. The central channel should also be meditated on as being the same length. In this case, the five-limbed Trulkhor should be practiced. Furthermore, although this Namcho Tummo's visualization sequence is different from others, since it is the same as the general Trulkhor, it can also be done as it appears in other methods, as is clearly stated in the texts. Regarding the key points of controlling the breath: when the breath flows strongly from the right nostril alone, that is the solar poisonous wind, if you hold it, it will cause obstacles and harm, so do not hold it. When the breath flows from the left nostril, that is the lunar nectar wind, you should hold it. When the breath flows simultaneously from both nostrils, that is the wisdom wind, if you hold it, it will generate wisdom, so it is the best. When non-virtuous thoughts such as the five poisons arise in the mind, exhale the breath, thereby exhausting karma and afflictions. When thoughts such as faith, reverence, pure appearance, bliss, clarity, non-conceptuality, etc., arise, inhale the breath and hold it as much as you can, thereby increasing these qualities and making them stable, so you should know the timing. When exhaling the breath, if residual breath remains in the body, it will turn into disease, so exhale completely, leaving no residue. When inhaling, if you inhale forcefully, the channels cannot accommodate it, which can lead to fainting and darkness. If you are too attached to this, it will lead to water reversal and wind reversal, so inhale slowly and gently. If you press down below the throat, it will lead to heart wind and upper body congestion, so press the breath down below the navel. Relax the abdomen, tighten the waist, and if you do not tighten the lower wind, it will lead to leakage of urine and bodhicitta, etc., so strongly contract the perineum, or place a piece of felt or the end of a cloth under the lower door (anus), this is a secret instruction for automatically controlling the lower wind. When holding the breath, if the body is bent, it will cause the breath to enter the reversed channels and create obstacles, so keep the body straight. In particular, keeping the spine straight is very important. Smoke and
