The three of mind, speech, and body of the mind, remain inseparable at all times. Therefore, the three purifying factors of channels, drops, and winds are also practiced simultaneously and naturally. As a result of purification, it is the auspicious connection for accomplishing the Vajra body, speech, and mind. The actual object of focus is: the emptiness of the external body. Visualize oneself as the wrathful flesh-eater, with a red-colored body that is neither peaceful nor wrathful. The two legs are in a standing posture. The two hands, the right hand holds a heart hook, and the left hand shakes a hand drum. The central channel (Uma) is directly in front of the navel. The outside is white and the inside is red, like a medium-sized green bamboo shoot. In the center of it, from the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) arises a fire the size of a pea, with a flickering light. Focus on this and hold your breath, thinking that the wind will slightly increase the heat. After practicing this for three days, the heat will increase greatly, as if wearing thin clothes. This is what is said. There are two things to understand and practice: visualizing the body as the body of a wrathful deity is deeper than the external characteristic vehicle, and especially practicing the inner channels and drops is deeper and more special than the action, performance, and yoga tantras. In general, it is said that the Vajra body has one hundred and seventy-two thousand channels, but in summary, they are condensed into the three channels and five chakras. The five chakras also have associated channels that generate faults and qualities. The center of the five chakras is also the central channel itself. The central channel is the sole cause for generating the qualities of the wisdom channel. Therefore, practicing only the central channel here covers the function of the five chakras. The upper, lower, and middle channels of the three channels are also the cause for generating bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and are the nature of the three bodies. The outer white of the central channel contains the meaning of all the channels through which the white elements of the upper channel flow; the inner red contains the meaning of all the channels through which the blood of the lower channel flows; the inner blue of the central channel contains the meaning of all the channels through which the winds of the central channel flow, and it generates bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and is the auspicious connection for attaining the three bodies. Or one might think that this does not match the actual situation of the body. In reality, the central channel is also bound by thirty-two knots, and it also has crooked and uneven parts. The channel petals of the crown chakra spread throughout the upper and lower body, like the closed belly of a vase; the channels of the throat are like a bunch of threads; the channel petals of the heart are like rolled-up scrolls; the navel
