Etc., after definite changes, the wise should correctly examine these. If the wind runs erratically for one, two, three, four, five, or six days, then great disputes will arise. If it runs erratically for half a month, then great illnesses will truly occur. If it runs erratically for a month, then beloved relatives will be lost. If it runs erratically for one and a half months, then death will occur in six months. This is a common understanding. It is said that one should observe mostly from dawn to sunrise. If the signs of the wind are reversed, then lie down on the side where the wind is running, lowering your weight onto a cushion. Press the pulse under the armpit on that side with your hand, or put a rolled-up cloth under your armpit, block the nostril on that side with your finger, and press the carotid artery on that side with your thumb, lying down for a while to recover. When the internal signs of the wind are restored, external adverse conditions will also subside. This is the interconnectedness of the single key point of inner and outer. This is the oral transmission with a golden mandala. In general, there is no fixed time such as morning, etc. If it runs more on the right, there will be more suffering and obstacles. If it runs more on the left, merit and happiness will arise. If it runs together more, experiences and realizations will arise. If it never runs together, it will be difficult to generate experiences and realizations, because the wisdom wind is weak. Similarly, if it runs on the left, it will be accomplished if you align it with the aims of peaceful, increasing, powerful, and other activities. If it runs on the right, whatever intention you have for fierce activities such as killing and repelling will be accomplished. It says in the Compendium of Sources: "The wind is the nature of the Bhagavan Heruka (藏文:ཧེ་རུ་ཀ,梵文天城体:हेरुक,梵文罗马拟音:Heruka,汉语字面意思:黑汝嘎), and that nature itself becomes threefold. The left is the nature of wisdom, the right is the essence of compassion. Even if the two are combined without separation, both will run in their respective places. Therefore, with awareness, one should know good and non-good, etc. in that. For destroying poison and other remnants, and for creating auspiciousness and glory, the nature of wisdom is highly praised. Always the power of glorious compassion, in arranging battles, playing games, banquets, and in the activities of cutting, breathing, burning, and cooking, the essence of compassion is highly praised. Furthermore, the Vajradhara who possesses both, know that there will be hesitation." Therefore, it is said in the sutras that when running together, common activities will become hesitant, so do not practice supreme intentions at that time.

Or abide in stages or without object. Similarly, if someone asks for divination about whether one's own or another's affairs will succeed or fail, whether they are good or bad, then, if it immediately moves from the left to the right, or from the right to the left, it is bad; if one asks when it is moving from the left, and it still moves there after asking, it is good; if one asks when it is moving from the right, and it still stays there after asking, it is bad; if one asks when it is moving at the same time, and it still stays there after asking, it is uncertain. It is good if the time of inhaling air into the body and the time of asking are the same; it is uncertain when it stays in the body; it is bad if it meets when exhaling outwards; if moving at the same time meets with uncertainty, then follow the good or bad of exhaling and inhaling; if the state of exhaling and inhaling meets and is uncertain, then follow the good or bad of moving to the left or right; if both are good, then it is definitely good; if both are bad, then it is definitely bad; if both are uncertain, then it is considered unresolved. In the vows it says: If the protector runs to A (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal Chinese meaning: A), or asks what abides in A (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal Chinese meaning: A), if Ka (Tibetan: ཀཱ་, Devanagari: का, Romanized Sanskrit: kā, literal Chinese meaning: Ka) runs and A (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal Chinese meaning: A) abides, then his wishes will be ruined. From where the protector runs there, and stays there, if someone asks, then all his affairs will be perfectly accomplished. Abiding in both will cause uncertainty. Know that the three bodies of the protector, the nature of air, entering is the nature of the Dharmakaya, abiding is the Sambhogakaya, and appearing is said to be the Nirmanakaya. These are considered to be the three bodies. Whether it is the questioner or oneself, everything of the Dharmakaya is good, the Sambhogakaya will cause uncertainty, and the Nirmanakaya shows fighting. Thus it is said. If it moves frequently from left to right in a short time, it is said to be a sign of friends. The brief summary of the oral instructions is: First, endure the pain of the channels, winds, and bindus, and the fatigue of Trulkhor yoga, and meditate on the joy of purifying karmic obscurations. Then, from the disappearance of suffering and the purification of Trulkhor yoga until the arising of bliss and warmth, abandon laziness and generate diligence. Then, from the arising of bliss and warmth to the arising of happiness, do not be controlled by afflictions, but look at its nature, mix bliss and emptiness, protect the bindu like protecting life, and protect the vows you have promised like guarding your vows. After understanding it like this, do not be satisfied with it, but practice continuously, without interrupting each session of practice. By doing this, the knots of the channels will be untied, the bliss and warmth will burn, the wind can be used at will, and the bindu can descend and increase.
