Similarly, the nectar white bodhicitta from the Hum (ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马转写:haṃ,literal meaning: Hum) syllable at the crown of the head, possessing the experience of bliss, fills the entire body; radiating outwards from the pores, it fills the sky, space, and the entire earth, contemplating it as bliss-emptiness, all appearances arise as bliss. From the short A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马转写:a,literal meaning: A) syllable at the navel, flames blaze, filling the entire body; contemplating the impure aggregates, elements, and sense bases, along with afflictions, being burned away, transforming into a wisdom body, thereby purifying obscurations; bliss and warmth blaze, food is digested; cold diseases subside; contemplating the flames circling outwards from the pores, burning the dwelling and the surrounding area, thereby driving away evil spirits; it cannot be obstructed by obstacles; contemplating it blazing pervasively in the sky, burning away the obscurations of all sentient beings, thereby obtaining vast merit. Thus, gathering the flames and bodhicitta that radiate outwards, finally dissolve them into the Ah Hum (ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:आः हूँ,梵文罗马转写:āḥ hūṃ,literal meaning: Ah Hum) of the body. These meanings also come from the Glorious Kalachakra: The appearance of the mind is merely what arises in one's own mind, like an image in a mirror. All of this is the teaching of the sons of the Victorious Ones and the Buddhas, it is the teaching of the Lord of Yoga; the flames of wisdom are extremely blazing, capable of burning away all the hosts of demons, including the battlefield; the joints of the body, etc., also give the yogis an experience of bliss through the practice of the years. Thus it is said. Regarding this, there are three types of tummo: action tummo, yoga tummo, and supreme tummo: The first is generated from the secret place by relying on seals, etc.; the second is generated by residing in the navel and holding the breath; the third is burning away afflictions with the fire of wisdom; or there are three types of tummo: action tummo, experience tummo, and supreme tummo: The first is possessing the key points of the body, holding the breath in a fourfold posture, contemplating clearly, because one must strive in the actions of body, mind, and breath; the second is again divided into common and special: the first is: Once the breath is grasped, first a feeling of warmth arises, secondly bliss appears, and thirdly non-conceptual thought arises, then conceptual thoughts naturally cease, signs appear like smoke, mirage, fireflies, and the light of dawn, like a clear sky without clouds. Thus it is said, such signs will appear. The third is: The unfabricated, natural

Na Chig Kyé! Abiding in stainless Samadhi! As it is said, the winds dissolve into the central channel, and supreme accomplishments are attained. Thus, the sixth Dharma session, along with the remaining meaning, is completed. Then, in this seventh Dharma session, there are two aspects: resolving doubts, what should be known, and what should be meditated upon. Additionally, there are three aspects, including the incidental explanation of other aspects of the progression of meaning. Among these, everyone agrees that the upper end of the central channel is the Brahma aperture. Some say that the Brahma aperture and the Brahma pore are not the same. The Brahma pore is the remnant of the fontanelle of children, located four finger-widths from the body's boundary. The Brahma aperture, the upper end of the central channel, is located eight finger-widths from the body's boundary. The Brahma pore and the fontanelle are not the same; migrating from there, one is born in the formless realm. The Brahma aperture is in the center of the crown chakra at the upper end of the central channel. Migrating from there, even the most sinful are born in the Pure Land of Khechara. Therefore, the one gate is called the path of Mahamudra. Therefore, it is crucial not to confuse the fontanelle and the Brahma aperture. Some believe that the two are the same, located at eight finger-widths, but in reality, it is where the body curls up. The eight finger-widths are not necessarily fixed for all ethnicities. Even the one gate, through the power of practicing the oral instructions, migrating from there, one is born in the realm of the Sambhogakaya, such as Sukhavati. In the intermediate state, one is born in the small Khechara, among the ranks of heroes, heroines, and Vidyadharas. Even in the lowest state, one is certain to be born in the heavenly realm of the goddesses. If one is not mastered by the method of meditation and migrates from that gate due to karma, one is born in the formless realm, which is the one gate. The eight gates are the windows of samsara, and the one gate is the path of Mahamudra. As it is said, the existence of ten gates is not explained in either the new or old schools. Thinking, does the latter conform to the meaning? In this text, the upper end of the central channel is mentioned for the purpose of recognition. The upper end of the central channel is on the bone, at the junction of flesh and skin, in the center of the four petals of the crown chakra. It is filled with indestructible bindu, and if one grasps and relies on the wind and mind, one can accomplish the crown chakra and suppress the position of Vajradhara on the thirteenth ground, as stated in the tantras. The meaning of meditating on the crown chakra, as mentioned in some tantras, is also fulfilled by clarifying the upper end of the central channel. That is,
