Furthermore, from the upper part of the central channel, reach directly to the space between the eyebrows. Again, by holding the breath, fire blazes from རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Raṃ), and from the tip of the upper end of the central channel, reaching below the space between the eyebrows, up to the navel, imagine the central channel is filled with fire, like a blacksmith's bellows filled with flames. Thus, with the central channel filled with fire, everything also naturally feels warm and blazing, clearly visualize, combine with vase breathing, and diligently practice the illusory wheel of the five stages and six doctrines, it is said that even wearing only a thin garment, winter will feel warm. Also, at each of the channel locations, meditate on the letter རཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Raṃ) and engage in this practice, as well as lengthening the central channel and meditating, etc. Although the method seems slightly different from other methods, do not doubt, because it says in the Nyingthig Dakini Tummo: After warmth arises in the navel, raise it to the heart and throat and meditate. Then, after warmth arises in the heart, raise it to the throat and crown of the head and meditate. By meditating in this way, the knots of the channels will open, and when the knots of the channels open, the essence will increase, and when the essence increases, happiness will increase, the happiness in the body will blaze like fire, and bindus will come like a flood of water. Therefore, one will realize the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, and countless common qualities will arise. If one practices Tummo and Mahamudra together, one will attain the stage of a vidyadhara in this lifetime. This seems to be in agreement with what the great Orgyen said. Furthermore, it also shows other visualizations related to entrusting the mind and wind to the coemergent wheel at the space between the eyebrows: Above the space between your own eyebrows, visualize a white triangular dharmodaya, the three corners pointing upwards, with two corners piercing the ears and eyebrows, the root being thin, located downwards in the throat, transparent inside and out, and in the center, visualize a white letter ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), with the nature of light, and a stream of undefiled nectar falling like rain, filling the entire body, and all attachments, decay, sins, and obscurations exiting from the two lower doors and pores in the form of black pus, visualize the body as a crystal palace, and verbally recite ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah). Also, for fever, visualize white nectar with the nature of camphor, feeling cold; if suffering from a cold disease, visualize red nectar like copper broth, feeling warm; for wind diseases, visualize nectar like clarified butter, being nutritious; for demonic influences, visualize the essence of nectar having various

Meditate in the form of Pachok Chukhol (a place name), meditate on diseases and sins in the form of dirt, liquid, and smoke, and meditate on demons in the form of insects, emerging black and shiny. By repeatedly focusing in this way, the signs of purification of sins are diarrhea, vomiting, and bathing, wearing white clothes, the rising of the sun and moon, etc.; the signs of the elimination of diseases are the discharge of pus and blood, unclean things, and the removal of rotten clothes; the signs of the elimination of demons are the emergence of living beings from the body, etc., which may also appear in experiences or dreams. Thus, the knowable and the meditated, along with the incidental meanings, the five dharma seats have ended. Next is the sixth dharma seat, where the knowable is: the crown chakra, the Great Bliss Wheel, has three hundred and sixty channels. If summarized, there are thirty-two major channel petals. If the air enters these channel petals, the wisdom of bliss and emptiness arises. If the air is reversed, it is said that phlegm and headaches will occur. Some people believe that these channel petals are the channels that generate bliss and emptiness, and that the fine ends of these channels, on the outer channel petals, have channels that generate phlegm. In any case, it is agreed that they have both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, according to this system, the center of the Great Bliss Wheel is the central channel, and the central channel is the wisdom channel that solely generates qualities. Therefore, merely meditating on the central channel, the center of the Great Bliss Wheel, has the characteristic of being without defects and possessing qualities. Then, if other channels are not meditated upon, can defects be avoided? Generally speaking, the body has many bad channels of the six realms, karmic afflictions, obstacles, and wrong paths. However, because it is not said to meditate on these, the number, names, and methods of meditation of all the channels through which wisdom flows are mentioned in the tantras. Although there are many good and bad channels in the body, the power of meditation can awaken its power. Therefore, the three—the pure wisdom channel, bindu, and air—must also be made to appear newer and newer through the power of meditation. Moreover, regarding this crown chakra, the Great Bliss Wheel, some people think it is located in the center of the brain, some think it is located in the upper center of the brain, some think it is located above the medulla oblongata, some think it is located in the center of the deities between the inner and outer bones of the skull, and some think it is located between the muscles inside the outer skin of the skull, etc. There are many opinions, but in terms of the actual situation, it doesn't matter where it is. For this, the location is not important, the method of meditation is important. Therefore, according to this system, the upper end of the central channel
