The nature of the indestructible essence-drop is inseparable from all the heroes and protectors of the twenty-four sacred sites. Therefore, the land of Oddiyana in the west, the site of Kamarupa in the east, Tsari in the south, and the great snow mountain Kailash in the north, and all the great sites of Jambudvipa are complete in the channels of one's own body. In the knots of the channels, in the form of letters, reside all the dakinis who dwell in those great sites. In the essence-drops of those channel-eyes reside all the heroes and protectors who dwell in those sites. Therefore, by practicing the wind-wheel, those channel-knots are slightly loosened or released. As the essence of the channel-site essence-drops increases, those heroes and dakinis bestow blessings, and common and supreme siddhis gradually arise. Therefore, even more than circumambulating the hundred and eight great sites with great difficulty in India and China, by meditating on the yoga of channels and winds and diligently practicing the wheel, it is known that the purification of obscurations, the attainment of siddhis, and the entry of blessings are a hundred thousand times greater. Furthermore, the method for making the unclear clear, the method for grasping what has not been grasped, the method for making the unstable stable, all of these require the creation of emptiness. Furthermore, when meditating on the deity's body as the size of one's own body, meditate on the central channel with four characteristics as being the size of a medium-sized reed. Meditate on the deity's body gradually increasing in size, and when it is the size of a city, the central channel is the size of a pillar; when the body is the size of a mountain, the size of Mount Meru, and even when it pervades the sky, meditate on it increasing in size accordingly. Sometimes meditate on it gradually decreasing in size, and when the body is the size of a mustard seed, meditate on the central channel being as thin as a hundredth part of a hair, etc., practicing the skill. Furthermore, when meditating on the wind, starting from meditating on all the pores as if they were sieves, thinking that the breath is flowing gently, thereby lengthening the breath. When filling the body with fire, meditate on flames of red fire blazing forth from the pores, merging into one and burning fiercely, the body being in the midst of a firestorm, feeling the heat, thereby generating warmth. When filling the body with essence-drops, meditate on light emerging from the pores, transforming into half a golden vajra, blocking the pores, this is the key to not losing the essence-drops. Also, in order to prevent obstacles from arising and to protect against hindrances, when exhaling, the wrathful deity formed from the light rays of the fire in the navel

The red meat-eater has a small body and countless limbs sprouting forth, emerging from the pores of the hair, pervading the world, destroying all harmful things like black clouds scattered by the wind. When inhaling, visualize faces appearing from all the pores of the hair, continuously like armor. When practicing Tummo like this, the posture is also important: sit on a comfortable cushion, with the legs crossed like eyes, the right leg outside and the left leg inside, which generates comfortable warmth. Place the hands four fingers below the navel in the posture of equipoise, pressing down slightly. Straighten the elbows downwards, which quickly generates the heat of movement. Straighten the spine and slightly bend the neck, with the tongue touching the upper palate, so that the air enters the essential point. Spread the shoulders and tighten each part of the body, so that all the air below the navel gathers and generates comfortable warmth. Fix the eyes on the tip of the nose, so that the mind is clear and can grasp the object. With such a posture, hold the breath, and when the visualization is clear, perform one or more rounds of Tsa Lung as appropriate. The actual visualization is: The text says: "That is after practicing for three days, from [Seed Syllable] རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) also arises [Seed Syllable] རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang), at the tip of the flame, visualize going forth with light. Then by holding and blowing the breath, the fire will burn even more intensely, the central channel reaches the position of the throat, visualize the fire being even greater than that. By blowing with the breath, the central channel is filled, that is the sign of practicing for three days, warmth like thick woolen clothes will arise." The meaning of what is said is that one's own body is visualized as the deity Padmasambhava Heruka Avalokiteshvara, the clear red meat-eater, from below the navel to the upper part of the heart, filled with the wisdom channel, the central channel, with the fire of Tummo, the essence of the fire is marked by the red [Seed Syllable] རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) at the navel and heart, from the [Seed Syllable] རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) at the heart, one red [Seed Syllable] རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) falls off, and at the same time as it enters the tip of the flame at the heart, the central channel also rises upwards, reaching just above the throat, by holding the breath, it enters the central channel from below the navel, the spheres of the navel, heart, and below the throat are filled, the central channel is filled with fire, especially the fire burns more intensely from the upper [Seed Syllable] རཾཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang), the central channel of the throat is filled with fire, like this, the central channel at the navel, heart, and throat is filled with the fire of wisdom, visualize the waist, chest, and throat of the body burning with great warmth, and hold the breath, that is
