This is an explanation of the meaning of "Ba." Through one deity and one mantra, all the deities of the tantric systems can be accomplished at the same time, which is a profound and wonderful instruction. That is, the young practitioner mixes the air with the wind channels, emits light when exhaling, gathers blessings when inhaling, and when the air is stored in the abdomen, focuses on the mantra wheel, or abides in a state of non-objectification and mentally recites the mantra. If one only likes the generation stage and mantra recitation, then recite the mantra softly like the buzzing of a bee, and only perform the visualization of emitting and withdrawing light. This is the merging of the Lama with the Yidam, and the merging of the Dakini with the Dharma protector, which is the supreme profound Dharma. Then, from the mantra garland at one's heart, emit blue light, purify the obscuration of hatred, and radiate outwards to the hell realm, pacifying all the suffering of heat and cold. The world of hell is transformed into the pure land of Manifest Joy, and all hell beings become Vajra Eye Avalokiteśvara, with a blue body, one face, and four arms, visualizing them all reciting the six-syllable mantra Om Mani Padme Hum (Tibetan: ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om! Jewel in the Lotus! Hum!). Similarly, from the mantra garland at the heart, emit red light, purify the obscuration of desire, transform the world of the preta into the Land of Bliss, and transform all beings into red Padma Eye Avalokiteśvara. Purify the obscuration of ignorance with white light, transform the world of animals into the densely arrayed pure land, and transform all beings into white Vairochana Eye Avalokiteśvara. Purify pride with yellow light, transform the world of gods and humans into a world with splendor and wealth, and transform all beings into yellow Ratnasambhava Eye Avalokiteśvara. Purify jealousy with green light, transform the world of Asuras into the pure land of Karma Raba Dzog, and transform all beings into green Karma Eye Avalokiteśvara. Thus, the container world becomes a pure realm, and all beings become Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, reciting the six-syllable mantra, visualizing Om Mani Padme Hum (Tibetan: ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om! Jewel in the Lotus! Hum!), and if the visualization is clear, then it can increase to countless billions in every moment, as mentioned in the Red Teachings' instructions and painting methods. This is the method of taking appearance as the form body. Whatever sounds are heard, whether the sounds of the elements such as fire, water, and wind, or the sounds of animals, all are visualized as the six-syllable mantra or the ten-syllable mantra, which is called the method of taking sound as speech. The benefits of reciting in such a state are, in the Sutra Pitaka,

Eh, from the arrangement of the Zama Toka, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha said: Other yogis are like the chaff of rice. Among all yogis, this queen of the six-syllable mantra has become the essence of rice. Son of the lineage, in order to perfect the paramita of generosity, the paramita of discipline, the paramita of patience, the paramita of diligence, the paramita of meditation, and the paramita of wisdom. Om Mani Padme Hum) three times, the six paramitas will be perfected. As it is said, the practice of generating the mind of bodhicitta, the six perfections can also be completed here, and all offerings are also complete in it. It is said in the Sutra: By holding the six-syllable mantra once, it is as if one has made offerings to all the Tathagatas with clothes, food, bedding, medicine for sickness, and all necessities. Also, in the Great Compassionate Secret Assembly Tantra, it says: The merit of taking the lives of sentient beings in the world can be counted by the noble ones, but how can the merit of reciting the seven-syllable mantra seven times be fully expressed? The merit of placing all sentient beings of the three realms in the state of Buddhahood can be counted, but the merit of reciting one seven-syllable mantra cannot be counted. The merit of offering to the Buddhas filling the sky can be counted, but the merit of reciting one seven-syllable mantra cannot be counted. Whoever remembers the seven-syllable mantra, that is the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, who can remove obstacles and subdue beings. Also, the incarnate King Songtsen Gampo (c. 617-650) said: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) is the essence of the body of Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) is the essence of speech, Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) is the essence of mind, Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) is the heart essence, and the six-syllable mantra is the near heart essence. So it is said. In the Dotik Drowa Kundrol Tantra, Vajra Gangchen Tso (place name) said: The supreme and common eight great siddhis, the four activities of the four elements, can be accomplished by holding the ten-syllable mantra. Also, in the Sutra Zama Toka, it is said: In the past, from the Buddha with a crest jewel, Neshub heard: In whatever world, those who remember the name of Avalokiteshvara, their merits are blissful, they are deca
