如是等等忏悔词，尽力念诵。令大众重复三次。如是祈祷后，从（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字咒鬘中降下甘露之流，如彩虹般降临。身体充满，从脚拇指处如酒坛之孔洞般流淌。从自己头顶梵穴进入，充满全身。从外向下流淌，内外皆洗涤。所有罪障、疾病、魔障、衰损，如烟垢或煤渣般，从下二门、毛孔、脚趾甲缝中，呈黑色流出。向下流至九层地底之下，进入业力阎罗张开的口中，令其满足，成为寿命之赎金。身体充满甘露，如清澈的水晶球般，不再是凡俗之身，而是大悲尊之身相。甘露向上回旋，触及大悲尊之足。大悲尊说道：“善男子，汝之罪堕皆已清净。”并发出宽慰之语， 从梵穴进入，融入心间。身相化为光芒，在满月轮的中心，（ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字红色或白色，被十个或六个字围绕。观想（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字的上、中、下三部分，被白色、红色、蓝色三种咒鬘围绕。首先，从白色咒鬘中发出白色光芒，充满身体，身体所造之罪障如黑暗中升起的明月般清净。白色光芒向十方放射，触及诸佛菩萨、上师、本尊、空行、护法，圆满身之誓言的违犯，聚集身之加持和成就，融入自身，获得身之不死成就。再次，白色光芒放射，触及一切众生，身体所造之罪障皆得清净，一切众生皆具身之安乐。从红色咒鬘中发出红色光芒，充满身体，语所造之罪障如黑暗中升起的太阳般清净。光芒向外放射，触及诸佛菩萨、上师、本尊、空行、护法，语之

Thus, recite whatever confession words you know. Have the assembly repeat them three times. After praying in this way, a stream of nectar descends from the (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) syllable mantra garland, like a rainbow. The body is filled, flowing from the big toes like a hole in a wine jar. Entering from the crown of your head, it fills the entire body. Flowing down from the outside as well, it washes both inside and out. All sins, obscurations, illnesses, demonic influences, and impairments, like soot or coal tar, exit from the two lower gates, pores, and toenail crevices, appearing black. It goes down below nine layers of earth, entering the open mouth of the Lord of Death, Yama, satisfying him and becoming a ransom for life. The body is filled with nectar, becoming like a clear crystal ball. It is no longer an ordinary body, but the form of the Great Compassionate One. As the nectar swirls upwards, it touches the feet of the Great Compassionate One. The Great Compassionate One says, "Son of the lineage, all your sins and downfalls are purified," and with that, a sigh of relief is released. Entering from the crown of the head, it merges into the heart. The form of the body dissolves into light. In the center of the full moon mandala, a (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable, red or white, is surrounded by ten or six letters. Visualize the upper, middle, and lower parts of the (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) syllable surrounded by three mantra garlands of white, red, and blue. First, white light radiates from the white mantra garland, filling the body, purifying all sins and obscurations accumulated through the body like the moon rising in the darkness. The white light radiates in ten directions, touching all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, Yidams, Dakinis, and Dharma Protectors, fulfilling all broken samayas of the body. Gathering the blessings and siddhis of the body, it dissolves into your own body, attaining the deathless siddhi of the body. Again, the white light radiates, touching all sentient beings, purifying all sins and obscurations accumulated through the body. All beings are endowed with bodily bliss. Red light radiates from the red mantra garland, filling the body, purifying the sins accumulated through speech like the sun rising in the darkness. The light radiates outwards, touching all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, Yidams, Dakinis, and Dharma Protectors,
