Radiating light, with one face peaceful and smiling, adorned with a white urna hair. Holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortal life on top of two hands in meditative equipoise. The body is adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, wearing the three kinds of Dharma robes, and meditating while seated in the vajra posture. At its forehead is a white OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡). At its throat is a red AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿). At its heart is a blue HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). In the center of the heart, on the moon, is marked with a red HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 舍) syllable, from which red light radiates in ten directions. The eight vidyadharas of India, the eighty-five great accomplished ones, Orgyen Rinpoche and his twenty-five disciples, and the one hundred and eight treasure revealers. Especially, visualize inviting all the root and lineage lamas to whom you have faith and with whom you have a connection through empowerment and transmission, like a blizzard, and dissolving them into Amitabha, meditating as the embodiment of all lamas. Or offer an extensive mandala, along with body, possessions, and roots of virtue. From the place encompassed by the continuum of oneself and others, offer the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings and great bliss, to fulfill the intention of the undefiled lamas. Having said this, anoint the ground with incense. Or like the seven-chapter Three Kayas Prayer, or change it to "Do not abandon me to the sky, I pray." In the six-syllable mantra, the emanation king said that all prayers are complete, and the Vajra Guru mantra is also said to be the essence of outer prayers, so recite one rosary of either of these. Then, receiving empowerment, as said in the Tantra of the Ocean of Wisdom: "From the mandala of the lama's body, if the four complete empowerments are received, one will traverse all the paths and bhumis in this life." As it is said, from the forehead of the lama, Buddha Amitabha, white light arises, dissolving into one's own forehead, and the blessings of the body enter. From the throat, red light arises, dissolving into one's own throat, and the blessings of speech enter. From the heart of the lama, blue light arises, dissolving into one's own heart, and the blessings of mind enter. From all parts of the lama's body, various lights arise, dissolving into all of one's own body, and one receives the empowerment and blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity, and visualizes all sins and obscurations being purified. And, from the OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) syllable on the lama's forehead, a white OM syllable radiates, dissolving into one's own crown.

And likewise, from the throat emanates the red syllable Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), from the heart emanates the blue syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), and from the navel emanates the green syllable Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), radiating out and dissolving into one's own crown, throat, heart, and navel. Meditate on purifying the four obscurations and obtaining the four empowerments. From the body of the Guru, a stream of nectar descends, entering through one's own Brahma aperture. Filling the forehead, purifying the obscuration of the body, obtaining the vase empowerment. Filling the throat, purifying the obscuration of speech, obtaining the secret empowerment. Filling the heart, purifying the obscuration of mind, obtaining the wisdom-awareness empowerment. Filling the entire body completely, purifying the obscuration of the three doors equally. Meditate on obtaining the precious word empowerment. If it is difficult to focus, the following method is also sufficient. That is, meditate on the nectar having the nature of camphor water, cool and refreshing, which eliminates heat diseases. Meditate on the nectar being red, like wrathful water, which eliminates cold diseases. Meditate on the nectar being yellow, like the essence of butter, rich in oil and nourishment, which eliminates wind diseases. From the bowl in the hand, a mixture of life nectar and food descends, eliminating obstacles to life. Then, during the breaks between sessions, the Guru dissolves into light and merges into oneself. The body, speech, and mind of the root and lineage Gurus become inseparable from one's own body, speech, and mind, like water and milk mixed together. Meditate on the outer container world as the pure land of the Buddhas, dissolving into the inner essence, sentient beings. All sentient beings manifest as the five families of great compassion, dissolving into oneself. Oneself dissolves into the mantra garland at the heart. The mantra garland dissolves into Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih). Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) also becomes increasingly subtle, like disappearing into the sky. Without meditating on anything, relax and let the mind rest in its natural state. If one meditates in this way when falling asleep, sleep will turn into luminosity. Meditating in this way at the time of death is also the method for maintaining the luminous awareness of the heart's commitment at the time of death. If one abides in this way, then practicing the deity, circumambulating, and offering to the Guru are also the same. This is called the Guru Dharmakaya Yoga. From the Hevajra Tantra: There is no meditation, nor a meditator. There is no deity, nor a mantra. In the nature of non-elaboration, deities and mantras truly exist. Vairochana, Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, and Ratnasambhava are heroes. And from the Vajra Peak Sutra: The characteristic of all mantras is the heart of all Buddhas, it is the means of accomplishing the essence of the Dharma, it is perfectly endowed with the realm of Dharma, it is the...
