一切都好！ 生起乐空之禅定，白红蓝三色光芒汇聚融入三咒鬘，三咒鬘融为一体，化为白红蓝三色光芒。从中降下五彩缤纷的甘露之流，充满全身，一切罪障、衰损皆从下二门及毛孔中黑乎乎地排出。观想身体如水晶球般外明内亮，光彩夺目，此为增益。又，对于愚昧之人，目标过多难以把握，且无需迎请“何者是佛之意念”，只需生起“自身即是大悲尊之身”的信心，于自身心间月轮之上，观想白色“ཧྲཱིཿ”（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字，带有红色的光芒，周围环绕着六字真言，并确信其即是大悲尊本身。于其面前，思维忏悔一切罪堕，于是“ཧྲཱིཿ”（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字及咒鬘中降下如牛奶般的甘露之流，充满全身，一切罪障、疾病、魔障皆黑乎乎地从下门和脚底排出，进入地下。观想自身如水晶球般清净无垢。于彼时，可念诵十文字或六字真言，每次念诵百千遍等，于座间休息时，观想自身大悲尊化为光芒融入咒鬘，咒鬘融入“ཧྲཱིཿ”（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字，“ཧྲཱིཿ”（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字融入上点和拉字，拉字融入哈字头，哈字头融入元音符号“ི་”，元音符号“ི་”也融化，于芥子大小的红白色明点上，长久地保持专注。然后，它也逐渐消失，融入空性之中，于此状态中，不加造作地安住于自性之中。《业清净经》中说：“若欲行忏悔，正直而观之，于真实中观，此乃胜忏悔。”又，《大解脱经》中说：“世尊开示，罪之自性不住于内，不住于外，不住于中间，因心解脱故，罪之自性即解脱。因心为空性故，罪之自性即是空性。因信心之力大故，福德之力也大。”如是说。

All is well! Generating the Samadhi of bliss and emptiness, the white, red, and blue rays of light converge and dissolve into the three mantra garlands. The three mantra garlands merge into one, transforming into a radiance of white, red, and blue. From this, a stream of nectar of various colors descends, filling the entire body. All sins, obscurations, and impairments are expelled from the two lower gates and the pores of the skin in a dark, murky manner. Meditating on the body as a crystal sphere, clear inside and out, blazing with glorious light, is the practice of increasing. Furthermore, for those with dull minds, having too many objects of focus is difficult to grasp, and there is no need to invoke "who is the Buddha's intention." Simply generate faith that your own body is the form of the Great Compassionate One, and on a moon disc in your own heart, visualize the white syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) with a reddish glow, surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. Recognize this as the actual Great Compassionate One. In its presence, contemplate confessing all sins and downfalls. Then, from the syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) and the mantra garland, a stream of nectar like milk descends, filling the entire body. All sins, obscurations, diseases, and demonic influences are expelled in a dark, murky manner from the lower gates and the soles of the feet, and go into the ground. Meditate on your own body becoming like a crystal sphere, immaculate. At that time, recite the ten-syllable or six-syllable mantra, whichever is appropriate, hundreds of thousands of times in each session. During the breaks between sessions, visualize your own body, the Great Compassionate One, dissolving into light and merging into the mantra garland. The mantra garland dissolves into "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha). The syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) dissolves into the crescent moon and the letter RA. The letter RA dissolves into the head of HA. The head of HA dissolves into the vowel sign "ི་". The vowel sign "ི་" also dissolves, and for a long time, maintain focus on a red and white bindu the size of a mustard seed. Then, it also gradually vanishes, dissolving into emptiness. In this state, rest in your natural state without artificiality. In the Sutra of Purification of Karma, it says: "If you wish to perform confession, sit upright and look correctly. Look correctly at reality. This is the supreme repentance." Also, in the Great Liberation Sutra, the Bhagavan declared: "The nature of sin does not abide within, nor does it abide without, nor does it abide in between. Because the mind is completely liberated, the nature of sin is completely liberated. Because the mind is emptiness, the nature of sin is emptiness. Because the power of faith is great, the power of merit is also great." Thus it is said.
