In the view of, look with the mind without distraction. That is also not an object, but looking at oneself with one's own mind, it is clear. Thus it is said. In the tantra equal to space, whatever signs of discrimination arise, do not block them, they are the great self-arising and self-pacifying. Unfabricated and unmade, the nature is naturally clear. If you leave it in great equanimity without fabrication, then it is called meditation only in name. Thus it is said. In the tantra of self-arising bliss, because one's own mind is introduced as the Dharmakaya, it is naturally clear without grasping. The naturally abiding has no increase or decrease. The two, body and mind, are free from practice. Self-awareness and vigilance are free from reality. Memory is infallible, there is no coming and going. Whatever memory and awareness arise, at that time there is no substance. Thus it is said. In the tantra of supreme Samadhi, in the original state of awareness's own nature, without moving elsewhere, look at the mind. When you look, the unreal awareness is clear. That should be constantly without distraction. From that there is nothing to meditate on or seek. Thus it is said. In the tantra equal to space, mistake and non-mistake are of one essence. In going, do not hold two mind-streams. This clear light awareness is oneself. Leave the unfabricated awareness wide open. Thus it is said. In the secret tantra of Vajra Dakini, because one's own mind is realized by oneself, sentient beings are originally Buddhas. Thus it is said. In the Abang Doha of sixty verses, Alas! Ignorant ones, if you realize the mind of the mind, then all evil views will be self-liberated. By the power of supreme great bliss, if you abide in that, it is the supreme accomplishment. Thus it is said. In the Doha of the glorious mountain dweller Sarahha, Alas! Do not be distracted, with the mind look at yourself. If you realize your own mind, then the distracted mind will also appear as Mahamudra, the signs will be self-liberated, it is the state of great bliss. Thus it is said. In the Doha of Birwapa, because the nature of mind is in emptiness, there is no this. Therefore, there are not two, the meditator and the meditated. Do not think of existence or non-existence, abide in the natural state without distraction. Thus it is said. In the Doha of Maitripa, if you know that your own mind is the Yidam deity, do not suppress awareness, gradually abandon discriminations. If discriminations arise in the mind, yogis, like cotton, without fabrication, relax and leave it. Abandon actions, with your own mind look at your own mind. Thus it is said. Mahamudra Ganga

Then, it says, "The mind is like the center of the sky, beyond the realm of thought. In that state, relax without holding or letting go. If the mind has no support, that is the Great Seal (Mahamudra). The mind is like the center of the sky, beyond the realm of thought. In that state, relax without holding or letting go. If the mind has no support, that is the Great Seal (Mahamudra). If you become accustomed to and familiar with it, you will attain unsurpassed enlightenment." Thus it is said. From the Precious Nine Essentials of Panchen Shakya Shri: "If whatever appears is left as self-illuminating, that is effortless spontaneous accomplishment. Whatever arises, hold its essence, and awareness naturally liberates in its own place. If you cut the root of movement, thoughts and concepts dissolve into the expanse. These three are the nature of one's own mind, therefore meditate on them as the main practice." Thus it is said. From the Tantra of the Dakini Longsal Barma: "Awareness, awareness, what is called awareness, is awareness that is aware and clear. The previous thought liberates in its own place, without losing track of the subsequent thought, in between there is no artificiality of remedies. This stainless knowing and activity, recognize it as awareness. Essence is emptiness, nature is clarity, compassion is able to appear to all, that is the nature of awareness." Thus it is said. Kyemay Zhang Rinpoche said: "When meditating on the Great Seal, there is no need to make any deliberate effort. The three, preliminary, main practice, and subsequent practice, must be done countless times in order. There is no need to count time or dates, whenever you remember, just relax. There is no beginning, middle, or end, one's own mind is unborn, continuous." Thus it is said. From the Four Dharmas for Subduing Borderlands spoken by Serlingpa: "Control with reins, release with relaxation. Like lice, one louse after another, leave it be." Thus it is said. The glorious Sakyapa Drakpa Gyaltsen said: "Look at the mind of no-mind, if something is seen, that is not the nature of mind. See the nature of mind with the seeing of no-seeing, do not let the mind of no-seeing be distracted." Thus it is said. Je Gampopa said: "Appearance and awareness, the essence is emptiness and clarity, now I know that this is the Dharmakaya." And, "Knowing appearance and sound as mind, joy and happiness are continuous, I have found the key to great bliss." Thus it is said. Karma Pakshi said: "This Great Seal of one's own mind, without practicing the three kayas, it is spontaneously accomplished, found in the ground, so there is no need to search." Thus it is said. Rangjung Dorje said: "In general, just saying the word 'view,' the view is one's own mind."
