Above, visualize your own head being cut off from the brow, a kapala that is white on the outside and red on the inside, clearly appearing as large as three thousand worlds, filled with your own chopped-up flesh and blood. Ignite a fire underneath and recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), causing all the flesh and blood to melt into nectar. Again, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to bless it into wisdom nectar. From your heart, emanate immeasurable rays of light like lassos and hooks, touching all the root and lineage gurus of the ten directions, the deities of the four tantras, the Buddhas, Dharma, Sangha, dakinis, protectors, and all guardians, as well as all the realms of the six types of beings. From your heart, which has become great compassion, draw them forth with rays of light and offer the white nectar to their mouths as they sit before you, contemplating that all bodies are filled with uncontaminated bliss. Then, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the root and lineage gurus. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the yidam deities. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the Buddhas. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the Sangha. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the Bodhisattvas. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the heroes and dakinis. Recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to the mouths of the six types of beings. After reciting, contemplate that all beings are satisfied, and that all of them transform into Avalokiteśvara and Tara, emitting the sound of the six-syllable mantra. Contemplate that all of this is an illusion, a dream, and that it is merely a manifestation of your own mind, not existing independently. Practice in the state of non-reality. Again, as before, separate the material and the awareness, clearly visualizing yourself as a dakini. With your right hand making the gesture of holding a curved knife, visualize your skin as the powerful golden earth, your body as the four continents and Mount Meru, and a billion worlds. Your flesh, blood, organs, and all inner parts are the vase of life filled with immortal nectar, as well as mercury elixirs and accomplished immortal pills and water, longevity food accomplished through longevity practices, pure gold, longevity water from silent water, countless longevity vidyadhara hermits and goddesses, gurus, yidams.

Invite all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to transform into the form of Amitayus, residing in the space filling the sky. Meditate that the nectar is also enjoyed. In order to avert obstacles to life, one's own body transforms into the seven royal emblems, the eight auspicious symbols, the seven precious jewels, various treasures, various grains, various foods, various clothes, horses, mules, cattle, sheep, etc., and the immeasurable enjoyments of gods and humans. From one's own heart, rays of light radiate, inviting the root and lineage gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, the five Jambhala families, the three sons of Vaishravana (yellow, green, red), and the retinue of the five Vasudhara sisters, residing in the space filling the sky, and offer them. Meditate that they enjoy all enjoyments, eliminating the obstacles of scarce favorable conditions for practicing Dharma, and becoming the supreme means for accomplishing wealth. Again, separate matter and awareness as before, and one's own body transforms into a gathering of learned pandits, and countless white, yellow, red, and green Saraswati goddesses holding offerings in their hands, as well as countless beautiful and pleasing scriptures of the Tripitaka, the four tantras, and the Buddha's teachings, generally pens, vermilion, ink, paper, swords of wisdom, blazing flames, and immeasurable offerings of the three white and three sweet substances that accomplish wisdom. Meditate that rays of light radiate from one's own heart, inviting all gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas to transform into the forms of the five Manjushris, residing in the space filling the sky, and offer them these, causing them to be pleased. Meditate that the offering goddesses praise with immeasurable songs of Brahma's voice and poetry, thereby eliminating the obstacles of low intelligence and understanding, and becoming proficient in teaching, debating, and composing in this life and in all lifetimes. Similarly, one's own body transforms into Terminalia chebula, Namgyalma, and a begging bowl filled with the nectar of medicine that cures diseases, as well as countless medicines. Invite all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to transform into the form of Medicine Buddha, residing in the sky, and offer them, thereby eliminating the obstacles of many diseases, etc., similar to the above methods. As before, separate matter and awareness, and absorb all harmful spirits and obstacles into the body. Then, as before, transform it into nectar in the bhumpa. Invite the guests, the yidam wrathful deities, and the assembly of wrathful mothers such as Black Krodheshvari.
