Having offered it to the mouth and practiced the remaining completely, it is the supreme method for eliminating all obstacles caused by demons. It encompasses the essence of all Chö practices. For all these, there is no need for inviting guests, etc. It is placed in a state of objectless practice. The three main expulsions and a small amount of obstacle clearing are completed. This should not be spoken in the marketplace, but should be taught as a concise teaching to those who have students they wish to train. Homage to the Great Compassionate One! Profound instructions of the Great Compassionate One. Is it permissible or not to explain this to others? If the root vows and commitments are without fault, and one has taken the Great Compassionate One as their personal deity, and has the steps of recitation and practice, and has realized the highest level as one taste, the intermediate level as freedom from elaboration, and the lowest level as the great single-pointedness, and has great compassion with the desire to benefit sentient beings, then such a person is qualified to teach. As it is said in the Ornament of the Dense Array: "Without faith and scriptural authority, if one teaches the Dharma, that is the nature of a yogi's realization, a pity that oneself is wasted and others are harmed." Also, as it is said in the Buddha Treasury Sutra: "The enemy of the world only takes life, destroying only one body and making it empty. If an ignorant person teaches the Dharma, they will be born in hell for eighty-four thousand eons." Also, as it is said in the Manjushri Emanation Sutra: "If the one who teaches the Dharma does not generate great compassion for those who listen to the Dharma, that is the work of demons." And, "Even if one has heard much, but out of fear that others will know, one is stingy with the Dharma and unwilling to guide others as a teacher, that is also the work of demons." And, in the Explanation of Intentions, it says: "The characteristics of a good lama are difficult to fully possess due to the times, but one should carefully examine one's own mindstream. It is crucial that the negative characteristics are predominant and not fully possessed. If some are possessed, then one should correct one's own mindstream well and eliminate them. The root of these faults is also attachment to the eight worldly concerns, and the fault of only desiring fame and respect. If one knows how to transform these thoughts, it is easy to correct them. Teaching the Dharma for the sake of the eight worldly concerns, respect, and fame is the cause of falling into the lower realms. If one is motivated by love and compassion and teaches the Dharma for the benefit of others, the benefit is great. Thus, the benefits and faults are similar in the way they are done, the difference lies in the motivation. These are also spoken to people.

Therefore, one must practice the Dharma oneself. As it is said in the Nirvana Sutra: Kokalika and Subhakarma, although they knew how to expound the twelve categories of scriptures, they did not understand their meaning, and while still alive, they fell into hell, swallowed by the earth and died. One must eliminate from the depths of one's heart the desire for reverence. For offerings to the guru such as empowerments, Dharma teachings, etc., whether large or small, because it is the greatness of the Dharma, one will not incur the sin of misappropriating monastic property, and they themselves will be able to perfectly accumulate immeasurable merit. The obstacles to the practice of vidya-mantra are mainly these obstructing demons, as well as eighty thousand kinds of demonic classes, etc., all of which are obstacles to the practice of bodhi. Focusing on these, offer the torma for dispelling obstacles. It would also be good if the "Swift Protector Ritual" can be completed. Meditate on Hayagriva yourself, and issue a decree of restriction. With the emanation of the wrathful child, drive the demons to the other side of the ocean. The meditation on the protection wheel is as follows: On a solid vajra ground, pervaded by uninterrupted hell. Above and below are vajra tents. Behind that is a tent of five-colored fire mountains. Behind the upper and lower vajra ground tents is a golden wheel, like two hats joined together, with countless spokes as sharp as razors, rotating to the right, or two wheels joined together, the spokes colliding with each other, rotating left and right, in between which can cut off harmers, or countless small eight-spoked wheels, pervading the ground, transforming into a net-like fence tent, all of which rotate separately like bowls, in between which can cut off harmers. Any of these three is fine. Behind that is a sword-hilted sword ground net-like fence, these swords are like a cross rotating, in between which are filled with even smaller swords. Behind that is a staff tent marked with lotuses. Behind that are various sharp vajras, opening their mouths, fiercely rotating ground tents. Behind that is a stake ground tent net-like fence. Behind that are various weapons with their tips pointing outwards, i.e., knives, razors, water knives, arrows, spears, axes, hammers, ropes, etc., without gaps, merging into one, fiercely rotating. Behind that is five-colored fire, burning like the fire of the end of the eon, like an egg without seams, unbearable to look at, becoming one.
