filled. Finally, the whole body is filled, the pores stand on end, and flames radiate outwards. A great fire blazes outside the body. All the aggregates, realms, and sources of impure sins and obscurations are burned by the fire of wisdom. Transformed into a pure body of wisdom. From the syllable "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, a stream of white bodhicitta descends. The crown of the head fills the throat chakra. The wisdom of joy arises. The heart chakra is filled, and the wisdom of supreme joy arises. The navel chakra is filled, and the wisdom of separation from joy arises. Joy means the happiness that arises in the body. Wisdom means observing the nature of happiness and seeing emptiness. Then, as the bodhicitta descends to the secret place, if its nature is not observed, afflictions will arise spontaneously. Observing its nature, happiness and emptiness merge inseparably, and this is the co-emergent wisdom. Then, the opening of the secret place is blocked by a single "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) syllable, holding the bindu. The tongue touches the upper palate. The eyes turn upwards. Awareness is focused on the syllable "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head. Vigorously recite "Hring Hring." Like a wave of water flowing back, it flows upwards from the secret place to the navel, which is the first joy. Flowing back to the heart, this is the second joy. Flowing back to the throat, this is the third joy. Flowing back to the crown of the head, this is the fourth joy. Then, visualize all the bindus dissolving into the syllable "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head. Let the mind rest in the state of primordial purity for a moment. Then, focusing awareness on the syllable "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, shake the body like a horse shaking its body. From the syllable "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, nectar descends, like white and red bodhicitta, filling the body. Visualize the body being completely filled. Through practice and training of the mind, a good experience of the union of bliss and emptiness arises. From the Great Compassion, Self-Liberation from the Lower Realms, it is more excellent than other precious Dharmas. Also, when holding the breath, visualize the Seven Dharmas of Vairochana, fire, and bindus, and perform the Six Fire Practices. It is good to know other physical exercises, but it is not necessary if you do not know them. Songtsen Gampo (སྲོང་བཙན་སྒམ་པོ།) (c. 605-650, 33rd King of the Tubo Dynasty) also did not say so. In the main session, practice the pure illusory body. Visualize all appearances as Great Compassion. Visualize all sounds as the sound of the six-syllable mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum." These deities do not come from anywhere, nor do they go anywhere. They do not abide anywhere, but are merely manifestations of one's own mind, like dreams and illusions. Meditate in this way and abide in non-proliferation.
