May we be free from suffering and the causes of suffering! Recite this with words or in mind. Moreover, if you can meditate without distraction in your mind, because it is the innate Samadhi of Great Compassion, the essence of emptiness and compassion, it is said to be deeper than perfecting one's own accumulations, purifying obscurations, and even the protection wheel. This Clear Light Tögal is the instruction for attaining Buddhahood without meditation, the profound instruction for liberation upon seeing. Seeing the five colors of light is also different from seeing a rainbow; it is the direct vision of the five wisdoms. It is said to be no different from directly meeting the Five Dhyani Buddhas. Initially, when looking, you will see a wondrous radiance unlike anything before. Upon seeing it, it is said that when the peaceful and wrathful deities appear in the Bardo, you will surely be liberated in the Bardo, there is no path closer than this. If you look at it regularly, you will see many peaceful and wrathful deities, such as the Five Dhyani Buddhas. It is said that upon seeing them, you will not need to traverse the Bardo, so it is very important for you all to look at it regularly. Before going to sleep at night, you must extensively dedicate whatever merit you have accumulated today and make aspirations, because if you cling to the three aspects of dedication—the dedicator, the object of dedication, and the recipient of dedication—the dedication becomes a poisoned dedication and will not lead to the path of enlightenment. Dedicating in a state of non-distraction of mind is a dedication pure in the three spheres, and it will lead to the path of enlightenment. Therefore, whatever Dharma practice or virtuous deed you do, in the end, do not be distracted, and whatever dedication and aspiration you make will surely be accomplished in the future, so it is very important not to misunderstand dedication and aspiration. It is sufficient to say, 'May I be born in Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Amitabha)'. After about two weeks (fourteen days) from death, you can also be certain that you have died, and a time will come when you are very free to go anywhere. At that time, do not forget Buddha Amitabha in your mind, and go to Sukhavati! There is no doubt that you can go there with just a thought. Do not forget the meaning of listening to the Dharma this time, remember it well. This is a simple Dharma talk that anyone can practice. It is the essence of the Dharma of the New and Old Tantras and the Three Treasures. May auspiciousness be with Guru Padmasambhava! May auspiciousness be with the Great Compassionate One! May auspiciousness be with the Hero Sea! May auspiciousness be with the Heroine Sea! May auspiciousness be with the Oath-Bound Sea!

Finished. The thirtieth lesson is completed. This is through the power of the compassion of Avalokiteśvara. In the degenerate age, the great compassion yogi, Ragasha, has well arranged it. The monk Tröndrü wrote it down. (30) Homage to the Great Compassionate One. The supporting teachings of the profound secret instructions of the Great Compassionate One. Extracting the essence by relying on bliss is: Visualize yourself as the Great Compassionate One, body color white, one face and four arms. Outwardly, like a white silk tent. Inwardly, like a hollow reed. In the center of that, there is the central channel, blue in color, about the size of a medium arrow shaft. The upper end is inserted into the crown of the head, and the lower end is inserted into the secret place. It is slightly not touching the secret cavity. To the right is the red Roma channel, and to the left is the white Kyangma channel, both about the size of the thinnest arrow shaft. The upper end is inserted from above the brain into the two nostrils. The lower end, four fingers below the navel, becomes one with the central channel like the curve of the letter "A". The thirty-two petals of the wheel of great bliss at the crown of the head. The color is white, like a medium-sized umbrella. In the center is a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable facing downwards, surrounded by six white syllables. The sixty red petals of the throat chakra, with the tips of the channels slightly facing upwards, in the center. Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) is red, surrounded by six red syllables. The eight petals of the Dharma wheel at the heart, all blue in color, like a tent, in the center is a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable, surrounded by six blue syllables. The sixty-four petals of the wheel of manifestation at the navel, with various colors, the tips of the channels slightly facing upwards. In the navel is a multi-colored Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) syllable, surrounded by syllables of various colors. At the junction of the three channels, meditate on a red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) syllable, like red-hot iron, with an extremely hot tactile sensation. When the breath flows from the right nostril, it is male breath, it is affliction, so do not hold it. Holding it will cause breath defects. When it flows from the left nostril, it is female breath, it is the breath of wisdom, so hold it. When it flows from both nostrils, it is the breath of the Dharmakāya, so protect its essence. Exhale the breath in three ways: calmly, forcefully, and evenly, nine times simultaneously on the left and right. Then inhale slowly. Filling the abdomen, touching the syllable below the navel from the Roma and Kyangma channels. Like adding fuel to a fire, the fire blazes. All the chakras in order
