For the benefit of all beings, may I realize the state of union, the great perfection, in the bardo of existence, again and again generating strong intention. Then, at the time of death, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, water, fire, and wind elements dissolve. The inner sign is like smoke. Like the rising moon. The inner sign is like a firefly. The outer sign is like the rising sun. The inner sign is like a butter lamp. The outer sign is like darkness. The outer sign Is like the rising dawn. The inner sign is like awareness, the sky free from clouds. A clear light, without beginning or end, will dawn. The clear light, the Dharmakaya, is manifested. Thus it is said. In the Transcendence it is said: Here is explained the bardo of reality. At the time of liberation from death. Consciousness dissolves into pure space. When space dissolves into pure clear light. All coarse and subtle appearances cease. Thus it is said. Therefore, slightly pressing the carotid artery with the thumb and forefinger. It is the key to holding the mind. Again, if you are worried about not holding the mind, or getting lost, the transference of consciousness of the mind and the Dharmakaya in union is: First, visualize your own body as the deity body of Avalokiteshvara, etc. Block the eight gates with the letter (ཧི,hi,meaningless). Clarify the central channel. Visualize Buddha Amitabha on the crown of the head. In the heart, visualize consciousness, a white drop, marked with the letter (ཧཱ,hā,meaningless). Transfer the light from Amitabha's heart on the crown of the head to the heart many times. Then, without visualizing anything, fix awareness in the heart and cultivate the practice of mind. Whatever arises, white path or red path, Also look at the nature of what arises. As soon as the outer breath stops, cover with a blanket, and be careful with the blanket. Slightly press the carotid artery with the thumb and forefinger. If you know how to visualize the deity clearly, do what you know. If you don't know, call out his name. Say three times, do not distract the mind. It is said that in this way, one will recognize the first clear light and be liberated. The good or bad appearance of the body is the function of being covered with a blanket. The body can be in the lion posture. The corpse is radiant, the eyes are slightly closed, and the mouth is smiling. Sitting next to someone who has the practice of mind, good experiences and realizations will arise, this is the mind. For those who are attached to the experience of peaceful abiding, bliss-clarity, and non-thought. Radiance and other things will appear well. With a stable generation stage, awareness abiding on the seed syllable in the heart will further stabilize the mind. For these people, if the introduction of insight is repeatedly given, they will not get lost.

Then it will go astray. If there is no practice and no guidance has been received, if it seems like one is abiding in samadhi, then it is said in the Great Six Dharmas that one is possessed by gandharvas, demons, and executioners. If the clear light samadhi is not recognized, as soon as the body and mind separate, a second clear light will appear. At that time, one should not be distracted from samadhi. Even if the separation of body and mind is complete, if one recognizes the practice, one will not be confused and will be reborn. Like the time of milking a cow, it lasts for a day, mostly for three days until the fourth morning. The Kadampa scriptures say that some last for seven days. Until then, transference of consciousness can be performed. After that, if samadhi is not recognized, how will it appear? The Great Compassionate One, Self-Liberation from the Lower Realms, also says that with all the practices of the three doors, pray with a hundredfold intensity. With the pride of the body as a deity, view all phenomena as a mixture of light and rays, and engage in deity yoga. With the yoga of mantra of speech, view all sounds as empty, the sound of the six-syllable mantra like an echo in a valley. With the yoga of the mind's nature, view clarity and emptiness as inseparable, like the sun and its rays inseparable. No matter what sounds, lights, rays, and various forms appear, do not be afraid, because they will naturally arise and be liberated. This is the essence of all profound instructions and key points. If one cannot be liberated from this, the peaceful and wrathful deities, as well as the peaceful and non-peaceful, such as the peaceful and wrathful hundred deity mandala, will appear in sequence. Between seven, fourteen, and twenty days, illusory appearances will arise. One will flee from forms, fear light, admire bindus, fear sounds, and be unable to bear the rays. At that time, meditate on the Lord Great Compassionate One, recite the six-syllable mantra. All lights are self-lights, all sounds are self-sounds, all forms are self-forms, appearance and emptiness, all rays are self-rays, self-arising. Meditate like this. Also, the Great Compassionate Lotus Peaceful and Wrathful says that the best is to go to the Pure Land of Khechara, like this: Alas! I have been in this swamp of samsara for countless eons without beginning. It is sad that I am still here. So many Buddhas have attained enlightenment in the past, but I have not been liberated. Alas! Now I am disgusted with samsara!
