At the palate, which has a gentle breath, touch lightly with the tongue. By bending the navel slightly, keep the mind mindful. Thus, with the five or seven dharmas of body meditation, the five poisons naturally subside, and the breath and mind naturally enter the central channel. All thoughts naturally dissolve, becoming relaxed, clear, and bright. Realization arises quickly, so the body posture is important. In the center of the heart, focus on a white bindu the size of a bean, which has light, and try to remain as still as possible. If you cannot remain still, do not think of anything, but rest the mind loosely, cutting off the thoughts of the three times. Gather the mind on the mind and rest loosely without doing anything. The root text says: Look at your own mind with your own mind. The great instruction root text says: Establish the seven flawless qualities of posture, body posture, meditation. The mind's key is to cut off the proliferation of thoughts of the three times. Whatever arises, rest without distraction or effort. Thus, try to keep the mind in its natural state as much as possible. The profound secret instruction of Great Compassion, the method of liberation from samsara and attainment of the noble path, is to generate the wisdom of insight. What is the fault that causes us to wander in samsara? It is the fault of grasping at selflessness as self. The Noble Cloud of Jewels Sutra says: The mind precedes all dharmas, and if the mind is fully understood, all dharmas will be fully understood. Also, the chapter on the indivisibility of the Dharmadhatu says: Is this mind blue? Yellow? Red? White? Like madder? Like the color of crystal? Is it real? Is it not real? Is it permanent? Is it impermanent? Is it form? Is it formless? Distinguish each one in this way. The chapter asked by Light Protector says: Thus, search for the mind completely. Where is the mind that is like this, becoming desirous, becoming angry, becoming deluded? Is it past, future, or present? And so on, it is widely spoken. The Dzogchen Longsal Barwa Tantra says: In order to distinguish the root of the mind, do this one thought. Awareness, without elaboration, is the Dharmakaya. For this, there is no arising, dwelling, or going, the three. What is called mind is moving, vague, flickering, fleeting.

This is, where does it arise from in the beginning, where does it stay in the middle, and where does it go in the end? What is its shape and color? Look at the connection between the outer, inner, and middle three after dismantling them. So it is said. In the ultimate truth, it is said, the place where the mind arises in the beginning, where it stays in the middle, and where it goes in the end, one must definitely examine and generate the three, taming the mind is beneficial to the mind. So it is said. Drung Gampopa's teachings say, all those are not beneficial with understanding, whispers and good-sounding words are empty, they are not established, they do not exist, etc., those are so, there is no other possibility. I will not ask you those, what do I ask now? I want a definite conclusion that says there is something like this in the mind. The three aggregates that are nothing are not like playing dice, I don't want even a single word of Dharma, it is not enough with just foolish words, I say I meditated like this and it is this, there is something like this, I want you to say that there is such a manifestation. Strive and meditate, also ask Dharma friends, do not conceptualize. If you do not gain even a little bit of realization on this, if you generate a meditative experience, I will determine that the father Kagyu lineage is not true, you yourself should also think like that. Before the Dharma session tomorrow, for this, it is very important to seek the mind without distraction for even a moment, Tilopa said, for example, a tree trunk with branches and leaves flourishes, if one root is cut, a hundred thousand branches and leaves wither. Similarly, if the root of the mind is cut, the branches and leaves of samsara wither. So it is said. Therefore, seeking the mind is important and crucial, tomorrow until noon do not be distracted, seek until you find it. After dawn tomorrow, you must report to the guides. If you have not found it, it is okay to say that you have not found it. Whether the mind is recognized or not lies in this, you who have received guidance should also seek. The Drukpa Kagyu says, after realizing the great perfection, seeking the mind again, it is said that one realizes freedom from elaboration. For this reason, it is very important for the new students to present their realizations. (13) The profound secret instruction of the Great Compassionate One. This very nature of your own mind, the Mahamudra and, the Great Perfection base cutting through, the method of recognizing is, the great Brahmin said, son, look, look at your own mind, after looking, the mind is not established, this mind that is not established, it is very wonderful that it appears in various ways, one's own mind is unborn, it is the Dharmakaya. So it is said. In the Manifest Enlightenment of the Ornament of Clear Realization, it is said, the mind is the Tathagatagarbha.
