Made it the Sukhavati realm. Touched all sentient beings within. Transformed into Avalokiteśvara. Thinking of reciting the mantra from the mouths of all. Reciting it just enough to be felt inside the room. Oneself Clearly visualizing oneself as Avalokiteśvara, light radiates from the Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, IAST: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) at the heart. The entire body, inside and out, including the pores, is filled with great compassion. Touching the external world realm, it becomes Sukhavati. Touching all sentient beings within, all transform into Avalokiteśvara. In short, all appearances become the form of Avalokiteśvara. Clearly establishing all sounds as the six-syllable mantra. Performing mental recitation. Thus it is said. Furthermore, if those of lesser wisdom do not know how to meditate in this way, then with the firm conviction that oneself is the great compassionate one, white in color, with one face and four arms, possessing ornaments and attire. Meditate that at his heart, on top of the moon, there is a white Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, IAST: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) with the six-syllable mantra revolving around it to the right. From that, light radiates in all directions, offering that light to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. All of them transform into the form of the great compassionate one, descending like rain, meditating that they dissolve into oneself. Again, by the touch of one's own light, all sentient beings transform into the form of the great compassionate one, meditating that they recite the six-syllable mantra. At times, also looking at the mind of the meditator. As it is said in the Hevajra: There is no meditation nor meditator, there is no deity nor mantra. In the nature free from elaboration, deities and mantras truly abide. Vairochana, Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, and Ratnasambhava are Bodhisattvas. Thus it is said. In the Five Stages it is said: One's own body is the king of deities, if the unchangeable stronghold is not seized, the assembly of Dakinis will not gather, even if one strives for the body of the Yidam deity, it is in vain. (11) Profound instructions of the great compassionate one. The method of taming one's own mind. One should meditate on tranquility. In the Sutra of the Womb of Delight it is said: Whoever does not have a mind of Samadhi, does not have pure wisdom, defilements will not be abandoned. Therefore, you should diligently practice. And as it is said in the Lotus Net Tantra: On a very soft cushion, in the vajra posture Having settled, straightening the body, the eyes are lowered to the tip of the nose.
