In the state of all memory and grasping dissolving, meditate on non-duality as the main thing. It is said that one recognizes the self-nature of spontaneous accomplishment. These detailed aspects of the foundation, on the root verses transmitted orally, Gyaton Chokyi Zangpo made annotations. It was transcribed into the guidance manual of Drungchen Kunga Namgyalwa. I have explained it in an easy-to-understand way. Jowo Dakpo Rinpoche said that the yoga of no-meditation is, whatever appears, whatever arises, appears as one essence, therefore all memory and conceptualization become meditation. In the Five Stages, the union of no-more-learning. Lawapa said, complete purification. Shawaripa said, great yoga. Maitripa said, the time when awareness is liberated into itself. The Lankavatara Sutra says that the yoga of non-proliferation, as well as the samadhi of the Tathagata, the meanings of the four empowerments are all considered the same. The Great Guidance says that the yoga of no-meditation is, after becoming accustomed and familiar with it, until the great equanimity, in the subsequent cognition, dualistic appearances are like illusions, those realizations of the Dharma, correct mindfulness is not distracted, and there is a slight stain of emptiness-grasping, correct mindfulness is held by effort, and after all subtle dualistic appearances are purified, one attains the self-nature of spontaneous accomplishment. Just contemplating being separate from the object of meditation and the meditator is also blissful. Even if one does not meditate, it continuously appears as meditation. Whether one abides or does not abide, whether mindfulness holds or does not hold, whether one is distracted or not distracted, it appears as meditation without dependence. On the mind itself, the clear light of meditation, and the clear light of death, the mother and child, merge into one. Like clouds dissolving in the sky, or water waves separating. The two clear lights merge into one. It becomes the only Dharmakaya. Separate from abandoning and adopting, doing and being done. The thought of neither dying nor not dying, and the definite understanding without samadhi and post-samadhi arises clearly. In other appearances, dakinis surround, and one sees many bodies. For a person with devotion, the Buddha passes away in his own appearance. Whatever one says becomes Dharma. Whatever one does with the body benefits sentient beings. Wherever one stays, blessings arise. Even living alone, there is no sorrow or fatigue. Wherever one goes, auspiciousness and well-being occur. Sometimes external behavior, and what worldly people consider happiness and comfort, exist in other appearances. Showing the Bodhisattva. Karma and its results become manifest. All are realized as unborn. There is no attachment to any place. The great equanimity is the dual knowledge of learning.
