Is. The great one-pointedness is the environment of experience. At that time, a strong conviction arises that there is no meditation, and this is called the arising of experiential realization. If combined with partial realization, Zhang Rinpoche said, "At the time of one-pointedness, realize the essence." Therefore, the essence is clear and uninterrupted. Like the clear and uninterrupted awareness in the center of a clear sky, having faith and non-conceptual conviction in this is seeing the essence of one-pointedness. In the state of mental ease, clarity, and non-thought, even if one just abides clearly and brightly, if the conviction of faith does not arise, it is not related to the experience of insight. Because the reality is not directly seen, it is said that one-pointedness wanders in the center of darkness, which is not seeing the essence. Mind Because one does not recognize one's own nature, one cannot distinguish the boundary between experience and realization. It is like a child seeing the moon in the water, or a fool looking at a temple, uncertain about the appearance. Because conviction is accompanied by attachment to objects, experiential realization is contaminated. Below one-pointedness, because non-conceptual wisdom has not arisen, there is no qualified samatha-vipassana. Because subsequent appearances do not appear like illusions, there is no qualified post-meditation. There is samatha-vipassana of one's own ground. Even if the mind abides in the state of clarity, emptiness, and non-thought, because the attention of object-attachment is not pure, it is nominal samatha-vipassana. Afterwards, strong object-attachment arises, like a dog following a person, it is nominal post-meditation. Therefore, abiding in the meditation of ease, clarity, and non-thought of samatha-vipassana, continuously abiding, this is the perfection of the power of one-pointedness. Sometimes practicing does not work, and sometimes not practicing works, then it means that the power is not yet perfect. When conceptual thoughts arise, they are pacified in the state of meditation just by mindfulness, and even sleep is integrated into the luminosity of experience, and conceptual thoughts appear as meditation. If mindfulness cannot pacify conceptual thoughts, Because it is not hooked with a hook, it is necessary to hook and abide in meditation, so that conceptual thoughts do not appear as meditation. If it is not caught by mindfulness, it will be separated by losing meditation. Even if it is caught, it is only abiding in the previous state, because the essence of conceptual thoughts is not seen, there is no attainment. Because of practicing this meditation for a long time, one will turn away from the eight worldly dharmas and abandon external and internal obstacles. If one can demonstrate supernatural powers such as telepathy, exhaustion, subjugation, etc., then the qualities of one-pointedness have arisen.

It is. If the mind is not subdued and the mind has not attained tranquility, if one practices without distinguishing between purity and impurity, and if one cannot produce the common signs of warmth, then merit will not arise. The gate of arising of pure samadhi, the inner and outer causes and effects are pure and in harmony, the producer and the produced become one, and understanding cause and effect means mastering the conventional truth. From the path of the contaminated world, one cannot abandon the habits of one's own continuum, etc., even if one has a samadhi of emptiness realization. If one does not develop an understanding of dependent origination of appearances, then one does not master the conventional truth. The tone of this meditation, if it gives rise to a strong compassion with characteristics for sentient beings who are troubled by various conceptual thoughts, then it sows the seed of the form body. The benefit of others in one's own place arises. If the gate of compassion for the warmth of experience is closed, then the seed of benefiting others is not sown, like the cessation of the Hearers. In the Great Instruction, it says: Great one-pointedness is the four postures of equanimity and subsequent conduct, which go on continuously day and night in the state of clear emptiness. All conceptual thoughts are afterthoughts, and all dreams also go into that state. The nature of mind is bliss and emptiness, awareness and emptiness, appearance and emptiness, clarity and emptiness, and so on, and many experiences such as emptiness and all illusions like dreams mainly appear. Many qualities of food, and the thought that there is no better meditation than this, and the thought that this is a great non-meditation, but do not be attached to these experiences and realizations, but recognize conceptual thoughts as clear emptiness and appearance emptiness, and everything is mind. The memory of the definite understanding of believing in the unborn self-liberation of the mind arises, and the conceptual thoughts of manifestation cease, and the mind of the Buddha arises in the Lama. In the state of clear emptiness, going day and night, attachment to samsara will also turn back. Seeing the nature in non-thought, one goes to non-meditation, and the power of one-pointedness is perfected. Merit arises. Because the nature is seen. Until this state is reached, one should exert effort and practice. The object to be abandoned here is the five objects of desire. Therefore, one must abandon attachment to this life, attachment to enjoyment, attachment to samadhi, etc. With purity, one should live in solitude. The difference between equanimity and subsequent conduct here is distinguished by dwelling and not dwelling. Dwelling in bliss, clarity, and non-thought is equanimity. If one does not dwell in it, then it is
