There are three postures, like the posture of a lion-dog. In the *Transcending Thought* it says: The sitting posture of the Dharmakaya, with the lion's posture, free from all fears of delusion, one will be able to see with the vajra eye. The sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya, shows it as an elephant sleeping, from enjoying the nature of reality, one will be able to see with the lotus eye. The sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya, relying on the sage's lotus posture, from naturally manifesting from the nature of reality, one will be able to see with the eye of Dharma. It also says in the *String of Pearls*: The actions of the body are of three kinds, namely the lion's posture and the elephant, and abiding in the sage's lotus posture. As it is said, if there are many requesting teachings, the sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya is sufficient. In the *Great Compassionate Light Supreme White Dharma Sunlight Yoga* it says: Sometimes the sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya, do the sage's lotus posture. As it is said, if it is not a public Dharma gathering but a small number of disciples, do not have more than seven disciples, and when the sky is clear and there is no hail, take the disciples to a secluded place. First, the sitting posture of the Dharmakaya is like the posture of a lion-dog: the body sits in the posture of a dog, both soles of the feet are placed flat on the ground, the hands hold the vajra fists, both big toes of the feet are pressed to the ground, the upper body is stretched out like a lion, stretched out like a lion, force is applied to the neck, the senses are directed towards external objects. Second, the sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya is like an elephant sleeping: like an elephant, the body lies face down, both knees are brought close to the chest, the toes are pushed outwards, both elbows are placed on the ground, the neck is lifted slightly upwards. Third, the sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya is the sage's lotus posture: the body sits in the lotus posture, both ankles of the feet are aligned, both soles of the feet are placed flat on the ground, the body is straightened, both knees are brought close to the chest, both wrists of the hands are crossed and embraced around the knees, the spine is straightened. In this way, by tightening the three aspects of the body's key points, there is awareness-wisdom in the body, which manifests because of tightening the key points, just as a snake has legs, but they do not appear unless it is coiled up. Second, there are three aspects of the key points of speech, namely relying on speech, abiding in speech, and stabilizing speech. First, relying on speech: three days

Fourth, reduce speaking, try to speak less. Second, abiding: not mixing with the words of others, cutting off with harsh language. Third, stability: saying nothing, being stable like a mute. Third, the key point of the mind: awareness should not be distracted to other places, do not leave the object of focus. Third, relying on three key points, there are three ways to directly introduce manifestation into one's own mind: the key point of the door, the key point of the object, and the key point of the wind. First, the key point of the door is the eyes, as it says in the Thalgyur: "The door is to look at the three bodies with the eyes." The Wordless says: "The eyes look at the realm of space." The Pearl Necklace says: "The door is that which does not move." After Transcendence says: "The key point of the door, reverse, put down, squint." This has three aspects: The way of looking at the Dharmakaya is to look upwards in reverse, which is necessary to stop the appearance of illusion at the same time. The way of looking at the Sambhogakaya is to look directly, which is necessary to see the naked essence. The way of looking at the Nirmanakaya is to look down in a posture of letting go, which is necessary to gain freedom over wind and mind. In this way, do not be separated from the three ways of looking. Second, there are two key points of the object: the outer sphere and the inner sphere. As it says in the Thalgyur: "The sphere is outer and inner, the outer is to hold the cloudless sky, the inner is the path of the lamp." The Burning Lamp says: "When awareness abides in the outer sphere, self-awareness is purified and appears in its own place." The Self-Arising of Awareness says: "The nature of the sphere is the house of light." After Transcendence says: "The key point of the object is the sky free from conditions, the outer sphere is the sky free from conditions, the inner sphere is the completely pure lamp." That is to say, because it is an object attached to the empty sky, the key point of the object is to abide in the sphere, therefore wisdom naturally abides. Third, there are three key points of wind: holding,发射(fāshè, to launch/emit), and showing slowly. As it says in the Thalgyur: "From where does the wind slow down? It comes from extreme发射(fāshè, to launch/emit)." After Transcendence says: "The key point of wind relies on being very slow." First, hold it slowly, then发射(fāshè, to launch/emit) it like an arrow to a distant place, and then let the wind be very slow naturally. The key point of awareness is like the reins of a calf.
