are free from all elaborations. That is the single bindu." Thus it is said. The Sutra of Arraying the Troops states, "That which was not made by the wise in the beginning, the nature of things not transformed, if realized, is the Great Seal." Thus it is said. The glorious Vajrabhairava Tantra states, "The root of all dharmas, if one does not realize one's own mind, even if one diligently studies hearing, thinking, and meditating, one will not attain the fruit, like a blind person without eyeballs. Therefore, realize your own mind." Thus it is said. The Second Bindu Tantra states, "If there is no meaning in realizing the nature of mind, one will not attain Buddhahood even if one draws all the mandalas." Thus it is said. The Vajra Tent Tantra states, "This yoga is the supreme realization of mind; without relying on this, it will not arise; no matter how much one cultivates the subtle samadhi of the lower realms, one will not realize the Great Seal. If the root of ignorance is not severed, no matter what one does in hearing, thinking, and meditating, it will only increase clinging and habitual tendencies, and one will not realize one's own essence. Therefore, the beginning and end must be severed." Thus it is said. The Sutra Requested by King Deva Wisdom states, "If one meditates on emptiness and clarity, because it arises from other, that is the state of the great meditator. Therefore, by merely realizing the mind, one is the infallible Buddha." Thus it is said. The Manifestation Tantra states, "The nature of one's own mind is the supreme secret of the complete Buddha. Because all conceptual thoughts cannot know it, therefore, I will explain everything to you." Thus it is said. The Single Bindu Tantra states, "The reason for abiding in the mind is: do not be attached to anything diverse, and it will not be interrupted in the three times." Thus it is said. The Vajrasattva Manifest Enlightenment Tantra states, "The dharmas of samsara and nirvana, the root is one's own mind. Whatever thoughts appear in the mind, because they are not established as entities, like hailstones in the sky, without color or shape, even the wisdom eye of the Buddha cannot see even a particle." Thus it is said. The Vairochana Manifest Enlightenment Tantra states, "In order to abandon all concepts of existence and non-existence, because one's own is inexpressible, the true nature of wisdom, therefore it is called Tathagata." Thus it is said. Teachings
