It is said to be the most supreme wealth. In the Sutra of the Perfection of Wisdom, it is said: Because the mind does not reveal things as objects, if awareness is continuous and uninterrupted, then one will understand the nature of reality well. It is said to be the most supreme wealth. In the Sutra Requested by King Dewachen, it is said: Not collecting one's own mind, but leaving it in its own state, is the supreme of meditation. It is said to be the most supreme wealth. In the Sutra Requested by Brahma, it is said: Placing mind equally on mind, the mind does not focus on the mind. It is said to be the most supreme wealth. In the Tantra Equal to Space, it is said: When taking the body of an ordinary mind, that person who realizes his own mind as the Dharmakaya will come to be enlightened in that very life. Why is that? Because the root of ignorance is cut off. It is said to be the most supreme wealth. Tilopa asked Yeshe Khandro: What is the activity of becoming a Buddha like? Yeshe Dakini replied: Tilopa, looking at the mind with the mind, the one who looks is also one's own mind, and what is looked at is also one's own mind. When looking at the mind in this way, just as there is nothing to see in the sky, when both the looker and what is looked at are purified, at the time of realizing Salaysingnge, the spontaneously accomplished wisdom is also that, the Buddha who has entered the path is also that, and the Buddha of manifest realization is also that. When realizing that, since the mind has no birth or death, the demon of the Lord of Death is conquered. Because it is decided that the mind is wisdom without inherent existence, the demon of the son of the gods is conquered. Because there is no place for the aggregates in the mind, the demon of the aggregates is conquered. Because the mind does not possess afflictions, the demon of afflictions is conquered. When the four demons are conquered in this way, when all the various thoughts of object appearance are decided to be one's own mind, at the time of deciding in the mind, the Dharmakaya, which has no birth or death of the mind, is it. Tilopa, know this! It is said to be the most supreme wealth. The present unmade awareness, this moment free from mental fabrication, is what is called Mahamudra, and just as it is not stained by impurities, appearance is also unstained by impurities in the three times. This moment of awareness has no rejection of bad and no accomplishment of good. There is no path to be traversed, no afflictions, and no antidote to destroy them. Since those are not existent, they cannot be found even if searched for. The present moment of awareness is complete with everything, therefore, this is the Buddha.

Even if it is determined that it is the embodiment of all Buddhas, no one will refute it. This present awareness is the basis or support of all merits, so there is no contradiction in calling it "Alaya." This present awareness is not made by anyone, so there is no contradiction in saying that it is spontaneously accomplished. If asked what its true nature is, it is not an object of any consciousness, nor is it any thing, so it is non-dual. This present awareness is free from the basis of addition and defamation, free from the Dharmadhatu or the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding, and abides in the Dharmakaya of the Great Dharma. If that reality is examined, what is birth? What is abiding? What is nature? What is form? What is name? What is color? What is consciousness? What is appearance? What is emptiness? What is existence? What is non-existence? What is Buddha? What are sentient beings? What is awareness? What is ignorance? If you look closely, among these, whether it is the seer or the seen, it is impossible to see any form of anything. Such a view is the great view. This is seeing reality, not not seeing anything that exists. As it is said in the Sutra of Non-Abiding: This is the Great Seal, this is stainless, there is no negation or affirmation here, it cannot be obtained through paths and medicines, this is the embodiment of all Buddhas, this is the basis of all merits, this is spontaneously accomplished, no consciousness can touch it, the non-duality where nothing exists, this is free from addition and defamation, abiding in the great Dharmakaya, if you observe the cessation of birth, abiding, and nature, there is nothing visible here, only seeing that reality is the great view. It is said like this. Such a meaning can only be determined and obtained through one's own purity and the blessing of the Guru. As it is said in that Sutra: Through whose blessing can the Guru and this be obtained. It is said like this. Furthermore, in the Great Compassion Instantaneous Liberation of All Beings Tantra, it says, cut off the root of the three times, relax the three doors without modification, separate from the original nature of the three bases, cultivate Vipassana in the state of Samatha. This verse is said like this: Where did one's own mind originally come from? Where does it live now? Where will it ultimately go? Even if you observe everything
