立足点。（37）心脏病、心风、心魔入体，若疯狂颤抖、意识丧失、记忆丧失，观想心被五色彩线缠绕，心如明灯，专注其上，勿令散乱。又观想五色彩虹帐篷，其中生起一位具足威力的本母，本母心间有金刚竖立。专注觉性，生起慈悲，定能消除心脏病。（38）对于消化不良的胃病，观想众多头颅的可怕黑人，腐蚀并吸吮胃部，其间充满肉蝇，观想胃部所有疾病都被吞噬。控制二气，修持无生。（39）脾病的观想方法如下：观想铁轮在脾脏上旋转，进入后，熊骑着管子吸吮，多次这样做，珍视无分别。（40）对于无法忍受的血痢，安住于远离戏论的自性中。观想前方黑狗和乌鸦，将肠子拉来拉去，将其悬挂在树木和岩石上，二气交合，跳跃嬉戏，疾病平息，具有无生的信心。（41）对于盲肠虫和盲肠毒引起的疼痛，观想具有锋利火焰的八辐铁轮，在盲肠中旋转，焚烧疾病和盲肠，无数铁狼饮用后欢喜。（42）对于肾病、肾尖病和寒肾病，观想具有火焰翅膀的鹏鸟，吞噬肾脏和脂肪，拍打翅膀后不留痕迹，专注脉络之中，定能平息。（43）对于淋病、结石病和睾丸肿大，观想骑着狮子的可怕黑人，挖出两个果实给狗，然后在空处种植两个铁蛋，下腹部是烧红的铁，凶猛可怕。专注觉性，控制气息，定无疑虑。（44）若发生脉络阻塞之病，在聚集处堆砌五座鹏鸟五层楼，珍视以宝珠装饰的屋檐，祈请安住于此作为所依，定能畅通无阻。（45）对于妖女抢夺明点，观想珍宝充满世界，妖女在珍宝顶端作祟，珍宝被浪婆带走，从天空之中美丽地骑乘，抛向大海之上，在水边消失不见，又观想化为上方的美女，观想永远成为亲密伴侣，一起……

Ground. (37) For heart disease, heart wind, and heart demon possession, if there is mad trembling, loss of consciousness, and loss of memory, visualize the heart wrapped in five-colored threads. Think of the mind as a butter lamp. Focus awareness on it without distraction. Again, visualize a tent of five-colored rainbows. Within it, generate a powerful mother. In the heart of the mother, there is a golden vajra standing upright. Focus awareness and generate compassion. There is no doubt that heart disease will be eliminated. (38) For stomach ailments with indigestion, visualize terrifying black people with many heads, corroding and sucking the stomach. In between, flesh flies fill the stomach. Visualize all stomach diseases being devoured. Hold the two winds and meditate on non-arising. (39) The visualization for spleen disease is as follows: Visualize an iron wheel spinning on the spleen. After entering, a bear rider sucks with a tube. Do this many times and cherish non-conceptualization. (40) For unbearable bloody diarrhea, rest in the nature of freedom from elaboration. Visualize a black dog and a raven in front, pulling the intestines back and forth. Hang them on trees and rock crevices. The two winds unite, jumping and playing. The disease subsides, with confidence in non-arising. (41) For pain caused by intestinal worms and intestinal toxins, visualize an eight-spoked iron wheel with sharp flames, spinning in the cecum, burning away the disease and the cecum. Hundreds of iron wolves drink and rejoice. (42) For kidney disease, kidney tip disease, and cold kidney disease, visualize a garuda bird with fiery wings, devouring the kidneys and fat. The flapping of wings leaves no trace. Focus without fixation within the veins. There is no doubt that this will bring peace. (43) For gonorrhea, kidney stones, and testicular swelling, visualize a terrifying black person riding a lion, plucking out the two fruits and giving them to a dog. Then, plant two iron eggs in the empty space. The lower abdomen is red-hot iron, fierce and terrifying. Focus awareness, control the breath, and there is no doubt. (44) If there is a disease of blocked channels, at the gathering place, build five five-story garuda castles. Cherish the eaves adorned with jewels. Pray for them to reside there as a support. There is no doubt that this will clear the blockage. (45) When a demoness steals the bindu, visualize jewels filling the world. The demoness harasses the top of the jewel. The jewel is taken away by Langwo. Riding beautifully from the sky, it is thrown onto the ocean. It disappears on the shore of the water. Again, visualize transforming into a beautiful woman above. Think of becoming intimate companions forever, together...

躺卧而行施身之行，心中执着而修无生之禅。期间进行金刚之观想，由此具有不被夺取的体验。（46）痔疮肛门瘙痒溃烂时，臀部内有红色小虫，黄色多头无数蔓延。观想秃鹫多次啄食痔疮和小虫。（47）腿脚关节疼痛时，观想一条九弓长的黑蛇，缠绕束缚噶尔纳的腿脚。期间修习施身之观想。（48）腿和水脉溃烂时，恐怖的多头粗壮肢体，用天铁斧砍劈。将腿上的骨头等，布施给显有世间的一切神鬼。安住于无迹离戏之状态。又一个截断腿脚麻痹疾病的方法是，观想蛇之口诀：无数红色黑色的大鹏鸟，一同吞食黑蛇的腿脚。剩余全部融入幻化之中。（49）如果患有妇科疾病，观想子宫内有月亮。月亮融化变成甘露，从顶端流遍全身。反复进行布施身体供养。（50）如果身体内有黄水，从（种子字）ཧཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：具惭耻）中出现十万个太阳。黄水融入太阳的光芒中，施身安住于无生之状态。（51）如果命气命脉错乱，出现熊一样的人，长着长长的手臂。手臂伸向肛门，抽出命脉带到地下。在金色的土地上吞食，引导地下的神鬼嬉戏。吞食全身后进入地下，毫不怀疑能摧毁命气。（52）如果患有胆病、胆汁病、眼睛发黄，出现黑色的鸟头人，长着铁嘴。放在肝脏上吸食肝胆，剩余的被无数黑鸟吞食。修习无生是口诀。（53）如果普遍患有痰病，洁白的阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无）充满全身。施身，了知白色之供养最为殊胜。（54）麻风病等也如此。以身体的鬼怪为主，对一切有情众生，以慈悲心无数次行施身之行。之后从自己身体的头到尾，观想一条铁毛黑蛇。左右两条蛇，分别是蓝色和黄色。前后分别是白色和黑色的青蛙。不可思议的大鹏鸟，无数的野兽聚集，轮流吞食。具有三摩地之上师，对病人的心

Lie down and practice the offering of the body, clinging to the mind and meditating on the unborn. (46) When hemorrhoids are itchy and festering, there are red worms inside the buttocks, yellow with many heads spreading countless. Visualize vultures repeatedly pecking at hemorrhoids and worms. (47) When the joints of the legs and feet are painful, visualize a black snake nine spans long, coiling and binding Karna's legs and feet. In between, practice the visualization of offering the body. (48) When the legs and water veins are festering, terrifying multi-headed, thick-limbed beings, chop with iron axes. Offer the bones and so on on the legs to all the gods and demons of the phenomenal world. Abide in the state of tracelessness and freedom from elaboration. Another method of cutting off paralysis of the legs and feet is, the instruction of visualizing the snake: countless red and black garudas, devour the black snake's legs and feet together. Dissolve all the remainder into illusion. (49) If suffering from gynecological diseases, visualize a moon inside the uterus. The moon melts and becomes nectar, flowing from the top and filling the whole body. Repeatedly perform the offering of the body. (50) If there is yellow water in the body, from (seed syllable) ཧཱི༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: having shame) appear ten million suns. The yellow water dissolves into the light of the sun, the offering of the body abides in the state of unborn. (51) If the life force and life vein are disordered, a bear-like person appears, with long arms. The arms stretch into the anus, extracting the life vein and taking it underground. Devour it on the golden ground, guiding the gods and demons underground to frolic. After devouring the whole body, enter the underground, without doubt able to destroy the life force. (52) If suffering from bile disease, bile, yellow eyes, a black bird-headed person appears, with an iron beak. Place it on the liver to suck the liver and bile, the remainder is devoured by countless black birds. Practicing the unborn is the instruction. (53) If generally suffering from phlegm disease, pure white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: none) fills the whole body. Offering the body, know that the white assembly is the most supreme. (54) Leprosy and so on are also like this. Taking the body's demons as the main, to all sentient beings, with compassion perform the offering of the body countless times.
