་འབར་བ་མ་རུངས་མཆེད་སྡེ་བདུན། །ཟངས་རི་འཁྱིལ་པ་འཁོར་བཅས་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །གཅོད་ཡུལ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །ཐུགས་དམ་གཉན་པོ་བསྐང་བའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །གཅོད་ཡུལ་བསྟན་པ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་བདག་གི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་པ་བཞི། །གང་བཅོལ་ཐོགས་ པ་མེད་པར་སྒྲུབ་པ་དང་། །བསྟན་དགྲ་རྩད་ནས་བརླག་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཛོད། །ཧཱུྃ། བེམ་ཤུན་བེཟླུར་ས་གཞི་མིག་མང་རིས། །ཁྲག་རྣམས་འོ་མའི་མཚོ་རྫིང་ནེའུ་སེང་། །ཤ་རུས་རིན་ཆེན་རི་བོ་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་། །དཀར་གསུམ་མངར་གསུམ་སྨན་འབྲུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །དར་ཟབ་ཤིང་ཐོག་ཀླུ་སྨན་བདུད་རྩིའི་མཚོ། །བྱ་རིགས་རི་དྭགས་གཅན་གཟན་ཆུ་གནས་ཚོགས། །བསྐང་རྫས་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཟག་མེད་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འདིས། །གནོད་སྦྱིན་ཞང་བློན་རྡོ་རྗེ་བདུད་འདུལ་བ། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ནོར་ལྷ་མཆེད་བརྒྱད་གནོད་སྦྱིན་བརྒྱད་ཁྲིའི་ཚོགས།་།འབྲོག་གནས་མཆེད་ལྔར་བཅས་པའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྲུང་དང་འཕགས་སྐྱེས་སྤྱན་མི་བཟང་། །རྣམ་ཐོས་སྲས་པོ་འཁོར་བཅས་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ཐང་ལྷ་ཡར་བཞུད་འོད་དེ་གུང་རྒྱལ་དང་། །མཁའ་རི་ཤམ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །བརྟན་མ་བཅུ་གཉིས་སྨན་བཙུན་འབུམ་དང་བཅས། །ཀླུ་རྒྱལ་དྲག་པོ་ཟླ་སྐྱོང་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །གཞན་ཡང་མ་གཅིག་ལབ་ཀྱི་སྒྲོན་མོ་ཡིས། །དམ་བཏགས་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ཡུལ་ ཕྱོགས་འདིར་གནས་གཞི་བདག་དཀར་པོའི་ཕྱོགས། །ཆོས་ལ་དགའ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །དེ་ལྟར་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་བའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འཛད་མེད་ཆུ་བོའི་རྒྱུན་བཞིན་སྩོལ། །གཞི་བྱེས་ལམ་གསུམ་གར་འགྲོ་གར་འདུག་ཀྱང་། །སྐྱེལ་བསུ་རོགས་དན་ཁ་འཛིན་མ་གཡེལ་ཅིག །ཉིན་གྱི་བྱ་ར་མཚན་གྱི་མེལ་ཚེ་མཛོད། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །དེ་ནས་རིགས་དྲུག་གནས་སྦྱངས་དམིགས་པ་ནི། ཕཊཿ རང་གི་སྤྱི་གཙུག་མ་གཅིག་ལབ་སྒྲོན་གསལ། །སྤྱི་བོར་ལྷ་ཡི་ས་བོན་ཨོཾ་དཀར་པོ། །མགྲིན་པར་ལྷ་མིན་ས་བོན་ཨཱཝདམར་པོ། །སྙིང་གར་མི་ཡི་ས་བོན་ནི་ལྗང་གུ། །ལྟེ་བར་བྱོལ་སོང་ས་བོན་དྭ་སྐྱ་བོ། །གསང་བར་ཡི་དྭགས་ས་བོན་ར་སེར་པོ། །རྐང་ཞབས་དམྱལ་བའི་ས་བོན་ཏྲི་ནག་པོ། །ཡི་གེ་དེ་དག་རང་མདོག་འོད་འཕྲོས་པས། །བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་མ་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །རིགས་དྲུག་སྐྱེ་བའི་ལས་སྒྲིབ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བཅས། །སིབ་སིབ་བསྡུས་ནས་ཡི་གེ་སོ་སོ

燃燒兇猛七兄弟，供養銅色吉祥山眷屬眾。供養所有斷法傳承的護法神，以供養猛厲誓言的加持力，願斷法教法興盛廣大，瑜伽士我的四種事業，無論委託何事皆能無礙成辦，並作摧毀教敵的事業。吽。血肉之皮鋪滿大地，鮮血化為乳海，血肉骨骼化為珍寶山莊嚴宮殿，白三甜三藥材穀物珍寶，綾羅綢緞樹木果實龍藥甘露海，飛禽走獸猛獸水族等，以此種種供品無漏受用，供養夜叉尚隆金剛降魔，及其父母眷屬。供養八財神兄弟、八萬夜叉眾，以及牧地五兄弟。供養持國天、勝生眼不佳，多聞天王父子眷屬。供養唐拉雅秀、沃德貢嘉，以及空行香波等。供養十二堅母及百萬藥女，供養龍王猛厲月護。此外，以瑪吉拉准，誓盟的所有八部鬼神，都予以供養。供養此地境主白方，以及喜好佛法者。如是供養誓言的加持力，賜予無盡受用如水流般。無論去往何方，無論身在何處，請勿懈怠迎送幫助，以及照顧。請作白日守護，夜晚警戒，祈願吉祥圓滿順利成就。之後，六道淨化觀想： 帕特。（藏文：ཕཊ།）(梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断）。自己頭頂上方，觀想瑪吉拉准明亮。頭頂梵穴有天道種子字白色嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉間有非天道種子字紅色阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿），心間有人道種子字綠色呢（藏文：ནི，梵文天城体：णि，梵文罗马拟音：ṇi，汉语字面意思：呢），臍間有畜生道種子字藍色度瓦（藏文：དྭ，梵文天城体：द्व，梵文罗马拟音：dva，汉语字面意思：度瓦），密處有餓鬼道種子字黃色惹（藏文：ར，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：ra，汉语字面意思：惹），腳底有地獄道種子字黑色知（藏文：ཏྲི，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：tra，汉语字面意思：知）。這些種子字放出各自顏色的光芒，將自己和所有眾生，六道輪迴的業障痛苦，全部吸收融入各個種子字中

Burning fiercely, the seven unruly brothers, I fulfill the commitment to Zangri Khyilwa and its retinue. By the blessings of fulfilling the solemn commitments of all the Dharma protectors of the Chö lineage, may the Chö teachings flourish and spread, and may the four activities of the yogi, myself, be accomplished without obstruction, and may the activities of destroying the enemies of the teachings be performed. Hūṃ. The skin and flesh are spread as a map of many eyes on the earth. May the blood be transformed into a lake of milk. May the flesh, bones, and precious jewels be transformed into a celestial mansion. The three whites, the three sweets, medicinal herbs, grains, and precious jewels, silk brocades, fruits, nāga medicines, and the nectar lake, flocks of birds, wild animals, predators, and aquatic beings, with these various fulfillment substances and uncontaminated enjoyments, I fulfill the commitment of the yaksha Shanglon Dorje Dudul, along with his consort and retinue. I fulfill the commitment of the eight wealth deity brothers, the eighty thousand yaksha hosts, and the five nomadic brothers. I fulfill the commitment of Yulkhor Sung, Phagkyé Chen Mizang, and Namthösé's son and retinue. I fulfill the commitment of Tangla Yarskyod Ödé Gungyal, and Khairi Shampo. I fulfill the commitment of the twelve Tenma and the hundred thousand medicine nuns, and the fierce Nāga King Drakpo Dawa Kyong. Furthermore, by Machik Labdrön, I fulfill the commitment of all the eight classes of spirits bound by oath. I fulfill the commitment of the white local deities residing in this area, and those who delight in the Dharma. By the blessings of fulfilling the commitment in this way, may inexhaustible enjoyment be bestowed like a river's flow. Wherever we go, wherever we stay, in the three realms of base, journey, and path, may you not neglect to welcome, assist, and care for us. Please act as guards by day and watchmen by night. I pray that auspiciousness, well-being, and accomplishment may be achieved. Then, the visualization for purifying the six realms: Phaṭ. On the crown of my head, Machik Labdrön is clear. At the crown of the head is the white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Om), the seed syllable of the gods. At the throat is the red Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal Meaning: A), the seed syllable of the asuras. At the heart is the green Ṇi (Tibetan: ནི, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, Literal Meaning: Ni), the seed syllable of humans. At the navel is the blue Dva (Tibetan: དྭ, Sanskrit Devanagari: द्व, Sanskrit Romanization: dva, Literal Meaning: Dva), the seed syllable of animals. At the secret place is the yellow Ra (Tibetan: ར, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: ra, Literal Meaning: Ra), the seed syllable of pretas. At the soles of the feet is the black Tra (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्र, Sanskrit Romanization: tra, Literal Meaning: Tra), the seed syllable of hell beings. As these syllables radiate light of their respective colors, may all the karmic obscurations and sufferings of birth in the six realms of myself and all sentient beings be gathered and absorbed into each of the syllables.
