To the one who is not afraid of birth and death, The rope of pride is cut in the womb of the mother of emptiness. From the unborn expanse, there is no birth and death. Homage and praise to the mother who holds the ground firmly! To the one who is not afraid of the demons of regression, May demons and obstacles be cut off as self-appearances in the mind. May we be liberated from the demons of male and female yakshas who cause harm. Homage and praise to the mother who removes obstacles! The mother who initially gives rise to body and mind, The mother who encounters disturbances in between, The woman who ultimately reveals the unborn. Homage and praise to the kind mother! Mother! The mother who gives her life as food, The mother whose awareness is pure at the base, There is no delusion in the mind of the expanse. The son has not yet cut the rope of the mind. O Mother, you abide in emptiness. In emptiness, there is no movement. I prostrate and praise the Mother who has perfected meditation. O Mother, you abide in emptiness. In emptiness, there is no delusion. I prostrate and praise the Mother who has perfected wisdom. O Mother, you hold the six perfections in your heart. Realizing the true meaning, you are the protector of beings. O Mother, I prostrate and praise you. This praise of Machig was composed entirely by her son, Gyalwa Dondrup. Phat（藏文，梵文天城体，phat，摧破）! From the corpse itself being shattered into pieces, by the rays of light striking from one's own heart, all impure stains are purified, the flesh becomes nectar, the blood becomes an ocean of milk. Lakes and ponds, turquoise springs, precious mountains, trees, flowers, mansions, waterfowl, various aquatic creatures are transformed. By giving to the nagas, diseases and suffering are pacified, radiance greatly increases, and faith, reverence, loving-kindness are possessed.
