May outer and inner obstacles be pacified, and may the supreme and common accomplishments be bestowed. Lead the unborn child to the path. Phat! Phat! From the heart of Machig (Tibetan: མ་གཅིག) emanates the red-faced sow, from which emanate countless activity-performing dakinis. The skin of the corpse is the banner, the skull cup is the vessel, and within the three thousand worlds are blood and flesh, upon the crumbling, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). Stirring three times with the hooked knife, the three syllables dissolve. The nature of the five uncontaminated meats and five ambrosias, the vaporous offering clouds pervade the sky. The activity-performing dakinis suck with the mouths of skull cups, and offer them separately into the hands of the deities. Phat! Phat! In the mandala of the Vajra Tent, I pray to the Subduer, Vajra Lamp. In the retreat of Rigong Pal (mountain name), I pray to Panchen Don Yö Dorje. In the monastery of Tölung Tsurphu (place name), I pray to the great accomplished Karma Pakshi. In the palace of subduing the four maras, I pray to Rinchen Rangjung Dorje. In the palace of the great Dharma Mahamudra, I pray to Rinchen Kunga Namgyal. In the palace of unfixed activity, I pray to Rinchen Karma Chakme. Bless me, the son of supplication. Pacify outer and inner obstacles. Bestow supreme and common accomplishments. Lead the unborn child to the path. Phat! Phat! Phat! The self-aware red dakini holds a hooked knife and skull cup, with three eyes gazing upwards, emanating countless identical selves. Above the three self-born skull heaps, the banner flutters, within which the body's blood and flesh crumble. Stirring with the hooked knife, the five meats and five ambrosias, upon which reside the three syllables Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). Again stirring, the three syllables also dissolve, the wisdom ambrosia vaporizes into offering clouds. The essence is ambrosia, the dregs are the collection of five meats, from the complete perfection of taste, essence, and power, the dakinis and others suck with the skull cup in their right hands, and offer to the mandala deities. Offering three times to the Great Mother, the Thubpa (Buddha) and his retinue, offering three times to the holy Machig Labdrön, the sow-faced mother and her retinue, and then to the Dharma protectors and so on, pleasing all the guests with offerings. Phat! Phat! In the monastery of Nyensa (place name) mountain retreat, I pray to the accomplished Chögyal lineage. On the crown of the sun and moon,
