Inseparably from this torma on the crown of your heads, the essence is the root guru and the great mother inseparable, the form is Machig Labdrön, body white in color, one face and two arms, the right hand twirling a damaru in the sky, the left hand holding a silver bell resting on the hip, adorned with six bone ornaments, the hair tied up in a loose topknot and falling down. Machig is surrounded by dakinis of the four castes, dancing with joyful steps. Above that are the lineage gurus, in the middle are the yidam deities, and below are the Dharma protectors and guardians abiding like clouds. With body, speech, and mind, with faith and respect, with intense longing, please repeat this prayer. Hūṃ! Son emanated from the heart of the great mother, Machig Jomo yogini, Mother, accomplished one who has gone beyond. Liberator of the lineage of all fortunate ones, please bless me and my devoted disciples. Say this three times.
