From the Heart Essence of Profound Meaning, whoever holds this supreme Chö practice, the intention of the Victorious Ones, will generate immeasurable qualities that guide to liberation. Thus it is said. Such a profound Dharma, to dispel diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles in this life, is deeper and sharper than others. To attain enlightenment in the future, this supreme Dharma, which is faster than others, is called the profound empowerment of Chö, the severance of demons. To request this, there are three parts: preparation, main part, and conclusion. First, the preliminary preparation is: first, taking refuge and, generating bodhicitta, and, visualizing the meaning of offering the seven limbs, please do accordingly.
