If you abandon faults, you will become pure. In short, all happiness and joy are the result of virtue, and all suffering is the result of sin. Be certain of this. Therefore, avoid sin like poison and desire to do good like obtaining nectar. By doing good, happiness is obtained. Suffering arises from non-virtue. Thus, the results of virtuous and non-virtuous actions are clearly shown. Recite and meditate on this quote from the "Mindfulness Sutra". Moreover, once these actions have been accumulated, if great confession and purification are done, there is no doubt that they will ripen when conditions are met, before they are purified. Reflect on how the Buddha's foot was pierced by a sandalwood splinter and he showed passing away, how Vairotsana was thrown into a hidden pit, and the biography of Lhacham Pema Gsal, etc., and have faith in karma and its results. Fire may become cold, wind may be caught by a lasso, the sun and moon may fall to the ground, but the ripening of karma will never deceive you. Remember these words from the "Foundations of Mindfulness". Having such faith in karma and its results, abandon sin even if it costs your life, and strive to do good even at the cost of your life. In this way, even if you are kicked into the lower realms, you will not fall. The path of the lesser person is also called the path of gods and humans. If you desire the happiness of gods and humans, this is the path of the lesser person, but if you desire enlightenment, this is the path common to the lesser person, so it is called the common preliminary practice. In this way, even if you obtain the supreme happiness of gods and humans, such as the positions of Brahma, Indra, and Chakravartin, you will still fall into the lower realms when your merit is exhausted, so it is meaningless. Samsara is by nature suffering. Beings kill each other with hostile thoughts, various kinds of beatings, and eventually all die. A voice is heard from the sky saying, "Revive!" and all beings revive and kill each other again as before, experiencing death and revival hundreds of times a day. Lines are drawn on the body, and it is cut with axes and saws, this is the Line Hell. Being squeezed like sesame seeds between two iron mountains and red-hot iron plates, this is the Crushing Hell. Flames burn outside, and cries are heard, this is the Crying Hell. Being trapped in an iron house, with great fires blazing, crying and calling out the names of parents, this is the Great Crying Hell. Fine particles of iron scatter like sparks.

It is like winnowing barley inside. Piercing the soles of the feet and the anus to the crown of the head and shoulders with a red-hot iron skewer is hot. When boiling bile and burning fireballs are put into the mouth, the internal organs are burned, and flames come out of the nine orifices, which is extremely hot. Boiling bile in a large copper pot and cooking it like a vegetable porridge of rice or wheat causes suffering without interruption for even a moment, which is the Avici Hell. Their lifespan is equal to that of the gods of the desire realm, and the lower ones in order have longer lifespans. One kalpa can be endured between the Avici Hells. Thus, on the four sides of each hell are grounds of unceasing fire, filled with impure mud and mire with iron-mouthed insects, a path of razor blades, a forest of swords, ash heaps, and endless rivers of bile, and Shalmalai trees. Having experienced many years in each hell, they proceed by circumambulating the four surrounding areas to the right. Having traversed such eight paths, if the evil karma is not exhausted, they die when their lifespan is If this world एक कल्प के लिए नष्ट हो जाता है, then they are also born in the hells of another world. If याद रखें तीन रत्नों को या बोधिचित्त उत्पन्न करें then liberation is possible before the lifespan is exhausted. Due to the cold, blisters appear on the body. The blisters burst, and blood and pus drip out. Groaning and lamenting, saying "A-chu." Crying out "Kye-hud" to parents and relatives. Teeth chattering, unable to speak. The body is naked and split into eight pieces like a lotus. The body turns blue and splits into sixteen pieces like an उत्पल. Extremely red, splitting into hundreds and thousands like a great lotus. They dwell in dark, icy caves without sun or moon, blasted by great gusts of wind. When one sesame seed is taken out every hundred years from twenty खारी तिल में से, when they are exhausted, the lifespan of the blister-possessor is finished. It is said that the others have lifespans twenty times longer than the lower ones. Ghosts with external obscurations see water as pus and blood and bile, trees as flames, and rain as iron arrows and poison arrows, with smoke billowing. Even the great rivers such as the Ganges सूख जाती हैं just by देख कर ही इसलिए करोड़ों वर्षों तक पानी की एक बूंद भी नहीं मिलती. Food and drink and enjoyment, even up to the knees, are guarded by wrathful ones and weapon-holders, and they have no power to eat. The food and drink of
