Here, happiness arises, and if you wish to be born in a pure realm in the future, doing this is sufficient. By relying on profound secret mantras, without long periods of asceticism and enduring great hardships, if you obtain the instructions for manifest enlightenment in the bardo, it seems easy. Therefore, all who have obtained a human body should, according to their own wishes, definitely enter the gate of Dharma. I, an old man, leave this as my last will. If you do not enter the gate of Dharma and have no way to abandon evil, please listen to Dharma teachings and understand the key points of thinking, so that practicing Dharma will not be difficult. If you are sustained by a good motivation, many evils will also be transformed into Dharma. If your motivation and thoughts are not virtuous, often Dharma will also turn into evil. Confess the sins committed in the past, from the depths of your heart, as if you have been poisoned, confess with regret, and there is nothing that cannot be purified. Make a vow not to commit evil in the future. Diligently practice Nyungne, silent retreats, and the six-syllable mantra. If you recognize the nature of your own mind, then protect it. Listen to the profound teachings of Dzogchen Hearing Liberation, etc., which do not require meditation. This will also make the human body meaningful. For those who lack determination and vows, who take vows and do not keep them, it is like lifting a giant stone with both hands and smashing it on their own heads. Young people, do not destroy your own future. Even if you understand the benefits and harms, if you do not do good and abandon evil, it is like throwing a wish into the water. People, do not act madly. Because they do not understand the benefits and harms, most people are striving to do evil. It is like an ignorant child who has just learned to crawl, crawling into a pit of fire. Just as there is no fault in being raised by parents, rely on a lama and listen to Dharma teachings. Then your thinking will become harmonious. Young people who have taken vows, if you cannot keep the vows and break them, it is like a moth attracted to the light, flying into the flame. Fortunate ones, do not burn your own continuum. After obtaining empowerments, transmissions, profound instructions, and many other teachings, if you do not practice them yourself, it is like a hungry ghost by the sea. Have compassion for yourself. This rare human body in this life, if you do not practice the essential Dharma, it is like returning empty-handed from a treasure island. Do not just return empty-handed, but also carry the burden of sins, those evil deeds are truly pitiful! The precious human body with leisure and endowments is a trea

Oh, okay! One day you won't be cold or hungry. When you're sick, you'll be busy with medicine and rituals. Worrying about getting sick, worrying about dying, worrying about being killed, worrying about being beaten, worrying about being punched, are all taken very seriously. Even if you protect yourself with a hundred protections, you will eventually be taken away by Yama, the Lord of Death. Be eaten by birds and dogs, or be eaten by wild animals. Be eaten by insects, or be burned by fire. Bones are carried by foxes in all directions. Ashes are blown away by the wind without a trace. Such things will undoubtedly happen. From now on, seize this opportunity. Even if you can't fully accomplish the Dharma, you must find a way to obtain a better body in the next life than this one. If you don't do this, how could there be a way? May all who can speak and understand reason, understand this truth. Thus, Raga Asya said. This is about the way it is difficult to obtain leisure and endowment, whatever comes to mind is sung as a song. Auspiciousness! Homage to the Guru! Because of being frightened by impermanent death, abandoning the affairs of this life, practicing diligently for a long time, in order to attain Buddhahood in one lifetime, I pray to all the Kagyu Lamas, please look upon us with compassion. Please bless me and those related to this, to remember death. Because the nature of conditioned phenomena is impermanent, there is nothing that is eternally abiding. Birth will eventually lead to death, accumulation will eventually be exhausted, gathering will eventually lead to separation. There is no doubt about this. The three thousand great thousand worlds, the four continents and Mount Meru, there are a billion of them. These hard, huge, vast, and thick things are changing in the impermanence of destruction. What more needs to be said about the fragile illusory body? This powerful and vast world, even the ashes are burned by fire, and the human body is scattered by the wind and becomes empty. When destroyed by water, only residue remains, the human body is like salt dissolving in water. When destroyed by wind, there is not even a remnant, the human body is like dust carried away by the wind. If such times will also come, then how could other things be eternal? Especially in this Jambudvipa (Southern Continent) as well. Spring, summer, autumn, and winter change in order, years and months pass in order. Even in the time of one day, the sun and moon rise and set in order. Time passes impermanently, moment by moment. Like this, the external container of the world, clearly showing impermanence, yet not remembering death, is truly foolish. Jambudvipa (Southern Continent) is large, but there is no certainty. When the kalpa develops upwards, people's lifespans will increas
