The suffering of the three lower realms is the suffering of suffering, called the manifestation of suffering. Gods, humans, and asuras, residing in the higher realms, have temporary happiness, but because it is impermanent, it will eventually turn into suffering, hence called the suffering of change. All sentient beings in the three realms are pervaded by the suffering of conditioning. This suffering is known only to the noble ones, not to ordinary beings. The gods of the form realm have self-created precious palaces, and their bodies are like perfect enjoyment bodies. Although they can live for many eons, they still fall down when their lifespan is exhausted. The four formless realms have no body, and their minds have no consciousness, like a faint or deep sleep, without any feeling of pleasure or pain, and can remain for eighty thousand eons. But after memory arises from there, they fall back into the lower realms and so on. Thus, no matter where one is born in the six realms, there is no opportunity for happiness, so one should abandon attachment to the happiness of samsara. The chief of the gods, Brahma and Indra, and the supreme human, the Chakravartin king, also know the key point of having no real meaning, so they also pray: May I obtain a leisure and endowed human body. Such words are actually a reversed aspiration. Therefore, one should aspire to be born in a pure land that is free from all suffering and is always happy, a place where one can quickly attain Buddhahood. Although there are many pure lands, one cannot be born in the Land of Utmost Joy and the Land of Glory, as well as the Land of Supreme Bliss, etc., unless one has attained the Bodhisattva grounds. It is also said that only those who have attained the eighth Bodhisattva ground have the opportunity to be born in Akanishta and the Dense Array. Although it is easy to be born in Tushita, Copper-Colored Mountain of Glory, etc., the benefits are small, and there is still the suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death, and there is no certainty of not falling into the lower realms. By the power of Amitabha's aspiration, except for those who have committed the five heinous crimes and abandoned the Dharma, all those who have made aspirations are easily born, free from all suffering. They have the guarantee of non-retrogression and are free from the suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death. Their lifespan can reach countless eons. During that time, they will not be separated from the Buddhas. From the moment their life ends, they will immediately attain perfect enlightenment. Such a happy pure land, in that place, dedicate all virtuous roots. The aspiration to be born in that place is, excellent.

Practice the easy aspiration as the heart essence. In that place, the gods and mantras that arise, Recite the six-syllable mantra of Great Compassion (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Sanskrit: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om! Jewel in the lotus! Hūṃ!). The suffering of samsara is extremely frightening. Even if you attain the Hearer or Solitary Realizer, it is only the Lesser Vehicle. Attaining Buddhahood is a very long and distant path. To be born in the Pure Land of Great Bliss, The path is near, and it is immediately and ultimately good. There is no other method superior to this. Make aspirations and dedications in this way. Just as a horse is easily tamed with a thin rein, Aspirations are extremely powerful. Having looked at many sutras and tantras, This profound and sacred Dharma that has been attained, I consider to be the supreme instruction. Thus, in the Wood Snake year (1965), in early winter, It was written on the thirteenth morning. This is what the virtuous spiritual friends say during the dedication: May we obtain the precious human body endowed with the eighteen freedoms and advantages. May we meet the virtuous spiritual friend of the Great Vehicle. There is a tradition of saying such things. These aspirations can now be accomplished by us, But it is difficult to accomplish great things. Now that we have obtained a human body, the eons are decreasing, and life is getting shorter. The teachings are also declining. Now, there is nothing more to come except to be slightly better. Thinking that the aspirations are also reversed, I said this. If, after obtaining a human body, one practices the Dharma properly, it is said that one can attain Buddhahood in one lifetime. There have been many such cases in the past, but they are as rare as stars in the daytime. ༈ །།Namo Lokeshvaraya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: namo lokeśvarāya, Sanskrit Romanization: namo lokeśvarāya, Literal meaning: Homage to the Lord of the World). If speech has no essence, it is nonsense. If the meaning of what is said is not well understood, Even if many sutras and tantras are quoted, it is only obtaining the words. If it is not seen directly with the eyes, Even if much is said, it is difficult to generate faith. People who are familiar and whose names are known, How many old, young, and middle-aged have died? Some people of the same age as oneself have also died. What confidence does one have more than them? On this, contemplate impermanence and death. The ants in each ant nest in summer, And the soldiers of the great chieftain, which are more numerous? In each valley and on each piece of land, How many people are there, and how many insects are there? Looking at this, one knows that leisure and endowment are extremely difficult to obtain. Although one has obtained a human body, Happiness and suffering, wealth and poverty, power and lack of power are unequal. If it is not the result of karma, why are they unequal? Siblings with the same parents, The length of life and the amount of disease, Look at the cause and effect.
