This. Remembering the experiences of youth in old age. Spoken for the benefit of young people. Mangalam! Namo Maha Mudraye! The six realms of desire realm gods, and, the two of bliss-emptiness Mahamudra. Similar, similar, and similar, yet there is concern about error. There is no difference of a hair's breadth between them. The body is comfortable, the desire for food and clothing is small, the mind is at ease, and afflictions are suppressed. There is no happiness, but the mind is fundamentally happy. Sparks fly, and the experience of abiding is great. Even if there is shaking, it will not harm. Explaining the Dharma, giving empowerments, asking questions, etc. No matter what is done, it is in a state of practice. Conduct is connected to it at all times. Now my wish is fulfilled. I think who else is happier than me? Because I found the root of the Dharma. Nothing is needed, nothing at all. Just the guru's supplication is enough. No need for learning and merit. A deep sense of renunciation arises. When abiding in samadhi. The weight above does not harm below. For a long time, the body abides in the state. Is the body melting or disappearing? Both body and mind are filled with happiness. For this, clinging to the supreme. Cultivating attachment, pride, arrogance. Becoming the cause of being born in the desire realm. Becoming a huge obstacle to attaining liberation. Without attachment, there is no clinging to the supreme. Clearly seeing the essence of happiness. Happiness and emptiness merge inseparably. Without attachment or clinging, protect its essence. It is the bliss-emptiness Mahamudra. The experience that arose around the age of twenty. When it came at the end of fifty. Thinking it would be beneficial to some young people. Raga Asya expresses in words. May it be auspicious! Namo Maha Mudraye! The clear-empty Mahamudra, and, the realm of the form realm gods. Similar, similar, and similar, but the error is great. A hair's breadth makes a difference. Great faults and virtues arise. One's own mind is clear and empty, naked. Like a clear sky without clouds. Possessing arrogance without conceptualization. One's own mind is not moved by others. Obtained firm conviction. No matter who says what, the mind does not change. Thinking there is nothing more supreme than this. Wanting to do the body posture and the way of looking. In times of distraction, like an ordinary person. Thinking that distraction will forget it. Even when just falling asleep at night. Experiences and realizations arise without dreams. Afterwards, because there is no remembrance in the mind. Is it deep sleep or luminosity? One cannot be sure. Sometimes recognizing in a dream.

Practicing clearly as in daylight, Sometimes unable to grasp the clear light, Even if dreaming confused dreams, Meeting many uncertain Indian and Tibetan accomplished masters and tutelary deities, Occurrences of Dharma teachings and showing signs. Sometimes between sleep and wakefulness, Light appearing like the rising moon or shining sun, Like a burning flame, Using that as a condition to grasp the clear light. Sometimes between practice and dream, Seeing clearly what is done and said in distant lands, As if witnessing it directly. Sometimes some people from afar, Whatever good or bad they say about oneself, Hearing it as if spoken nearby. Sometimes when oneself falls asleep, Seeing distinctly the use of household items and so on, As if it were daytime. Sometimes for certain individuals, Whatever they think in their minds, As if they were speaking it out, Feeling as if one can know what they are thinking. Practicing in the clear empty state during the day, Rejoicing in this and giving rise to pride, Considering it the best of realization, practice declines. According to the stages of the size of the clear light, The Brahma ranks, with Brahma as the leader, The great Brahma and other form realm, Are mistaken paths for rebirth. Without attachment, clinging, or pride towards that, Thinking of clarity and emptiness, Maintaining one's own nature without clinging, Clarity and emptiness are the Great Seal. Some experiences that arose around the age of twenty, Are spoken of in old age, May it benefit some young people. ༈ །།Namo Mahamudra (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमो महामुद्राय, Romanized Sanskrit: Namo Mahāmudrāya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Great Seal). Among the eight states of leisurelessness, It is a place to be reborn as a long-lived god, That meditation of the non-Buddhist doctrine and, The two, non-conceptual Great Seal, Are similar, but there is concern of confusion. Phenomena, existence, samsara, nirvana, All dharmas, Except for one's own mind-nature, Not even a particle exists independently, A certainty arises from the depths of the heart. The mind is empty like the sky, A definite understanding with grasping thoughts, Is the cause of being born in the, Formless realm called infinite consciousness. The mind is not existent, Without form, color, or substance, The mind is not non-existent, Yet all sorts of things appear. Thinking it is neither existent nor non-existent, Grasping onto that, Is the cause of being born in the, Formless realm called neither existent nor non-existent. The mind and all dharmas, Are empty like the sky, Grasping onto the thought of transcending limits, The mind and the sky are inseparable, Wherever the sky extends.
