Day and night, at all times, he does not abide in the seven dharmas of appearance, not even for a moment. That is a sign of great accomplishment. The body is extremely trained, which is a sign of having attained complete training. Even when sleeping at night, he practices virtuous dharma in that state. He ties a meat cushion to his back so that the posture of his body does not change while sleeping. If one can do that, it is best; otherwise, merely straightening the spine and sleeping cross-legged will cause sleep to become shallow and, in order to attract others, this is the tradition of Götsangpa, which is not mentioned in the sutras and tantras. All the dharmas that have not been learned arise from within the heart, and understanding one thing makes one skilled in all. The pillow should be slightly raised, and the right side, where the co-emergent demon dwells, should be placed downwards, so that the solar poisonous wind of the right nostril stops and flows to the left. The right hand should support the cheek, and the ring finger should block the right nostril." 愿吉祥!", "english_translation": "Because the co-emergent deity dwells there, the left side should be turned upwards, and if it is a woman, it should be reversed. The left hand covers the left kidney water wheel with the fire wheel mudra. This will generate warmth in the body. The right leg should be slightly bent, and the left leg should be slightly extended, so that the bindu will not be lost and desire will be pacified. The meaning of this is found in texts such as the Bodhicharyavatara, where it is said to sleep in the direction one desires, like the Buddha lying in nirvana. This is said to be the lion posture. In all the new and old sutras and tantras, such as the Six Dharmas, dream luminosity, etc., this sleeping posture is taught. Bad dreams will not occur, pure appearances will arise, and one will be able to grasp dreams and luminosity, and many such benefits will occur. Before falling asleep and during sleep, this little song about the establishment of the body posture was spoken by Raga Asya for the benefit of the ignorant. May the wise not laugh. After adjusting the body posture to the seven dharmas, when the mind looks at the mind, the mind sees that which is not seen. Without remembering anything in the mind, rest in a relaxed state.

When thinking, the mind clings tightly, and it is named "abiding." Afterwards, the mind scatters to who knows where, and how it scatters is unknown, having gone to a distant place. The mind thinks it has left abiding and scattered, and there is a clinging in the mind, which is named "moving." When abiding, the mind is aware of abiding; when moving, it is aware of moving. Whether abiding or moving, the mind clings tightly to "awareness," and it is named "knowing." When can one recognize these three, one can grasp abiding and moving. These three, abiding, moving, and knowing, although always continuous, have never been seen before, which is truly amazing. Now being able to see them is truly the kindness of the guru. If one can continuously guard these three,
