When the life force arises, the guru's instruction is needed. Do not view movement as a fault; whatever moves, awareness alone is sufficient. Once one recognizes a single movement, one wisdom is born. A hundred movements, a hundred wisdoms. A thousand movements, a thousand wisdoms. The more movements, the better. Generally, there are two: movement and abiding. Like water and waves, there is no difference between good and bad. These two, movement and abiding, are one's own mind, without difference. The nature of mind is originally the Dharmakaya. Not recognizing it is delusion, co-emergent ignorance. Movement, ignorance, and conceptual thought cause one to fall into the ocean of samsara. Recognizing is self-aware wisdom, the path to liberation. Without choosing between abiding and movement, practice is to sustain whatever arises. If movement is too wild, relaxing the body and mind is the key instruction. Adjust your posture and guard your seat. This little song is spoken for the benefit of beginners when the first experience arises. Elders, please do not be offended. Mangalam!

Pa Klu-drub said: Even if a slight doubt arises, it will cause samsara to completely collapse. That is the boundary he spoke of, so even this little bit has great benefit. This second little song about experience was spoken by Raga Asya, for the benefit of new practitioners. Please meditators, do not be ashamed. These are the letters written on the wooden board, for the benefit of children. Please Amos, do not be ashamed. Mangalam! Namo Mahamudra! When the third experience arises slightly, it is like a great river flowing slowly. Body, speech, and mind are all very relaxed. Sometimes it is like ripples on the water, and even if some fluctuations occasionally occur, one can recognize them and let them subside in themselves. It is like ripples dissolving into the water. From then on, warmth is found in meditation, meditation arises, and the mind feels happy. When distracted, ordinary illusions spread, and when not distracted, the practice clearly appears. With great diligence during the day, and for some with small obscurations, from here they will begin to grasp vague dreams, faith and pure appearances will increase, and they will want to live alone in a secluded place. At this time, whatever state or movement arises, one should clearly observe its essence, and emptiness will clearly appear. If one does not recognize the essence, great illusions will arise. It is not enough to merely recognize it; by observing the essence of what appears, emptiness will become clear. This is the practice at this stage. Just like threading a needle, one needs to observe clearly without distraction. One will feel a little difficulty and fatigue, and meditating for a long time will also feel tiring, and meaningless difficulties will arise. This is how the third experience arises, written by Raga Asya. Mangalam! Namo Mahamudra! When the fourth experience arises slightly, it appears like a great ocean of experience, unmoved by the wind. It remains stable and calm for a long time. For those of an earth element nature, it seems that there is no movement at all. Otherwise, occasional movements are like fish swimming in a clear lake. The movements cannot destroy the stability. Considering this, Lord Atisha said: Tranquility is like a small lake, and insight is like fish swimming. At this time, if one does not observe the essence, but merely remains in a stable and calm state, it is actually signless tranquility, just mere tranquility. By clearly and nakedly observing the essence of the stable state, the essence of the stable state is emptiness, and it will clearly and peacefully appear. Stability
