祈请弘扬教法！ 我与传承所摄受， 所见所闻所系缚的众生们， 再无其他的希望之处。 祈请引导至极乐刹土！ 具足十力与十自在的力量与权能， 具有无碍神变之力， 以六种神通观照显有世间。 较其他佛陀更为殊胜的， 薄伽梵莲花颅鬘力。 如今请勿减少您的慈悲！ 祈请如愿成办心愿！ 如是拉嘎阿亚祈请。 婆梵多！ ༈ །། 顶礼三宝！ 十方三世安住的诸佛菩萨， 具有智慧之眼、金刚之耳与六种神通， 彼等一切以慈悲之爱注视着我， 以意念忆念，以忆念加持！ 皈依殊胜不欺的三宝， 若能皈依， 则能救护一切怖畏与损害，如是宣说。 我与弟子以及所守护的一切，从今往后， 断定除了三宝之外没有其他的救护， 请勿欺骗，迅速救护三宝！ 薄伽梵无量寿佛的名号与明咒， 若能持诵，即使寿命将尽也能长久存活，如是宣说。 我等师徒以及所守护的眷属， 塑造无量寿佛之像，持诵咒语，书写经续， 请遣除非时而死，并能活到百岁！ 如来药师琉璃光如来， 仅持名号也能平息一切疾病，经中如是宣说。 我等师徒塑造药师佛之像，持诵咒语， 仪轨也无有间断，行持者众多， 请随顺祈愿，如今断除此众多疾病的延续！ 圣观世音自在，三界之怙主， 称念您的名号，能救护疾病、邪魔、仇敌与毒药兵器， 以及一切怖畏，并赐予无畏的呼吸，如是宣说。 我等师徒眷属在此忆念您的名号， 请从一切怖畏中赐予无畏，并赐予安慰！ 大持明者，具力莲花颅鬘力大士， 末法时期，慈悲加持迅速降临，如是屡屡宣说。 我等弟子再传弟子、追随者以及眷属， 向您祈请，军队与栅栏相互交织，以及恶劣之处， 慈悲迅速降临于末法时

Please cause the Dharma lineage to flourish! I and all those connected to the lineage, All sentient beings who see, hear, connect with, and are touched by it, Have no other place of hope. Please guide us to the Sukhavati realm! Possessing the power and authority of the ten strengths and ten powers, Endowed with unobstructed miraculous power, Observing existence and samsara with sixty kinds of clairvoyance. The Bhagavan Padmakrodheshvara, who is more extraordinary than other Buddhas, Now, please do not diminish your compassion! Please spontaneously accomplish our wishes! Thus, Raga Asya supplicates. Bhavantu! ༈ །། Namo Ratna Trayaya! Victorious Ones and their heirs abiding in the ten directions and three times, Possessing the eye of wisdom, the vajra ear, and six kinds of clairvoyance, May all of them look upon me with loving compassion, May they remember with their minds, and bless with their remembrance! If we take refuge in the supreme, unfailing Three Jewels, It is said that they will protect us from all fears and harms. I, my disciples, and all those to be protected, from this day forward, Having resolved that there is no other refuge than the Three Jewels, May the Three Jewels swiftly protect us without fail! The name and vidya-mantra of the Bhagavan Amitayus, It is said that holding them will prolong life even when it is exhausted. We, the teachers, disciples, those to be protected, and our lineage, Creating images of Amitayus, reciting mantras, and writing sutras and tantras, May we avert untimely death and live to be a hundred years old! The Tathagata, the Medicine Buddha, the light of Lapis Lazuli, It is said in the sutras that merely holding his name pacifies all illnesses. We, the teachers and disciples, creating images of the Medicine Buddha and reciting mantras, And many who perform the rituals without interruption, Remember our aspirations and now cut off this continuation of many illnesses! Noble Avalokiteshvara, protector of the three realms, It is said that reciting your name protects from diseases, evil spirits, enemies, poison, and weapons, And from all fears, and grants fearless breath. We, the disciples and retinue, holding your name in our hearts, Now grant fearlessness from all fears and give us comfort! Great Vidyadhara, powerful Padmakrodheshvara, It is repeatedly said that compassion and blessings will swiftly come at the end of the degenerate age. We, the disciples, re-disciples, followers, and lineage, Supplicate you, with armies and fences intertwined, and in evil places, May compassion swiftly descend upon the degenerate age.

瘟疫饥荒刀兵劫，凶猛鬼怪作祟今祈救。 圣救度母观世音，慈悲泪水化生出。 世间若有怖畏者，我当救护发誓言。 一心皈命师徒众，一心祈请垂听鉴。 邪魔恶疾诸怖畏，慈悲之手速垂援。 不动如来往昔时，广行菩萨行持际。 成就诸多真实语，以此谛实力加持。 我等所有诸怖畏，以及种种诸损害。 当下息灭尽消除，祈赐寂静之加持。 吉祥时轮与明妃，忆念您足息众怖。 十六大怖皆平息，我恒修持您瑜伽。 持诵明咒常安住，为何不救怖畏增？ 圣母身披树叶衣，孔雀翎彩光灿烂。 谁持您之明咒者，能息诸病金刚语。 我今忆念诵明咒，竭力祈请有何用？ 病苦缠身众病逼，哀哉哀哉奈若何？ 自心如钩极猛利，非时横死他有情。 现见果报业难逃，三宝经续莫邪见。 从此师徒与眷属，一切因缘皆和合。 如是行持此地界，莫令横死诸违缘。 经续三宝悲心力，明咒威神遍虚空。 然生邪见实难免，恳请莫舍赐救护。 如是马年猴月二十日黎明时分略作。 自家观察反成恶，梦见所谓颠倒事。 虽未多作诸分别，其后听闻活佛恙。 弟子修持寂止等，嘛呢石堆亦祈救，病势沉重未见效。 之后听闻自噶鲁处，传来度母加持之声。 于鸟月上弦十三日述说。

May we be protected from plagues, famines, wars, and the sorcery of fierce demons and spirits! Noble Tara, born from the tears of the Lord of the World, you vowed, "Whoever in this world is frightened by fear, I will save them." We, the disciples and followers, single-mindedly rely on you. Please listen to our single-minded prayers and extend your compassionate hand to protect us from all fears, including evil spirits and diseases. In the past, when the Victorious Akshobhya was a king, he made many true statements while practicing the vast conduct of a bodhisattva. By the power of that truth, may all our fears and harms be extinguished and pacified right now, and may we receive the blessings of peace. Glorious Kalachakra and consort, remembering your feet pacifies all sixteen great fears. I constantly meditate on you and recite your mantras. Why do you not protect us, and why do our fears and harms increase? Noble Mother, adorned with a garment of tree leaves and the radiant colors of a peacock's feathers, it is said that whoever holds your mantra is supreme Vajra that pacifies all kinds of diseases. Why is it that even though I remember you and recite your mantras to the best of my ability, I am still afflicted by many diseases? Alas, alas, what can I do? My own mind is like a fierce hook, and even untimely death and other misfortunes are seen as the inevitable result of karma. Therefore, we must abandon wrong views about the Three Jewels and the meaning of the sutras and tantras. From now on, may the teachers, disciples, and all our relatives be united in a single karmic connection. May we not experience untimely death or obstacles in this place where we practice in this way. May the compassion of the sutras, tantras, and Three Jewels, and the power of the mantras, pervade everything, but wrong views are certain to arise. Please do not abandon us, but protect us with your compassion! This was written briefly at dawn on the twentieth day of the monkey month in the horse year. Examining one's own household leads to evil. I dreamed of something called a reversal. Although I did not make much of it, I later heard that the tulku was ill. The disciples practiced shamatha and built mani piles, but the illness became severe. Then, I heard the sound of Thumo being performed from Kalu, and I spoke on the thirteenth day of the waxing moon of the bird month. Homage to all Bodhisattvas!
