快乐细如马尾毛。 食物找到口和喉咙里， 无法逃脱， 肚子没有饱的时候。有些人即使没有吃的， 进入腹中也燃起火堆。口中火舌燃烧， 手脚关节冒烟。身体像纸一样干燥被风吹走， 干燥骨头的关节处脓血流淌。这些都是可怜的饿鬼。 散落的饿鬼在人类的国土上存在。北方的空旷地、河边、森林深处，任何地方都存在。 身体像被火烧的老树。像矮树一样身体是人的形状， 赤裸身体，指甲又尖又长。被月亮灼烧，被太阳照射而寒冷， 即使一滴雨也像火星一样燃烧。因此害怕下雨，痛苦巨大。 大河也仅仅是看一眼就干涸。即使知道是肮脏的，因为非常饥饿， 争抢着吃鼻涕、口水、大小便。即使这样，除非是供奉，否则很难得到。 口水当食物，紧紧抓在手里，指甲背面藏着污垢。 为了养活孩子和妻子而积攒，父母子女老少和人一样。 在布施水的地方，全部聚集， 暂时缓解饥渴后唱歌跳舞。太阳落山，月亮升起之前， 在阴影的角落里，遍布大地奔跑。大家都为了寻找食物和水，非常可怜。 愿与我有关联的所有众生，从饥渴的境地中解脱，观世音菩萨！ 饿鬼的处所有三十六种，痛苦大小不一，种类繁多。 寿命能活五千五万年。 嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思： 嗡啊！莲花中的珍宝！吽！)。 哎呀，真是太稀奇了！ 饿鬼大神通，有享受。 赞神和家神、土地神和鬼怪，妖魔和邪恶的引诱者。 即使宫殿享受很大， 也总是饥渴难耐而闻名。即使知道有罪过， 也像猎人杀死野兽一样，偷走和抢夺寿命和福德。 祭品和供品是否会来呢？ 因为有希望而造成伤害。得到一口气，就好像活过来一样。 通过断咒者等，殴打鬼怪，使其恐惧和害怕， 痛苦就像捆绑殴打和烧烤混合在一起。高处乌 金等地，因为发誓而守护佛法。 否则，夺取众生的气息，寿命结束后就像在地狱一样。 恶业的结

Happiness is as thin as a horse's tail hair. When food is found in the mouth and throat, there is no escape, the stomach is never full. Some, even without food, a fire blazes after entering the belly. Flames blaze from the mouth, smoke rises from the joints of the limbs. The body is dry like paper, carried away by the wind, pus and blood flow from the joints of the dry bones. All of these are pitiful hungry ghosts. Scattered hungry ghosts exist in the land of humans. They exist everywhere in the empty north, by the riverbanks, and deep in the forests. The body is like an old tree burned by fire. Like a small tree, the body is in the shape of a human, naked and emaciated, with sharp and long nails. Scorched by the moon and frozen by the sun, even a single raindrop burns like a spark. Therefore, they greatly suffer from the fear of rain. Even great rivers dry up with just a glance. Even knowing it is filthy, they fight and eat snot, saliva, urine, and feces because they are extremely hungry. Even then, it is difficult to obtain unless it is offered. They hold saliva as food tightly in their hands, dirt is hidden on the back of their fingernails. They accumulate to feed their children and wives, parents, children, old and young, are like humans. They all gather at the place where water is offered, temporarily relieving hunger and thirst, then sing and dance. Before the sun sets and the moon rises, they run across the earth in the corners of the shadows. Everyone is searching for food and water, so pitiful. May all beings connected to me be liberated from the state of hunger and thirst, Avalokiteshvara! There are thirty-six abodes of hungry ghosts, with varying degrees of suffering and diverse kinds. The lifespan can be five thousand five hundred thousand years. om mani padme hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om! The jewel in the lotus! Hum!). Alas, how wonderful! Hungry ghosts have great power and enjoyment. Tsen and Theurang, Gyal 'Gong and, demons and evil spirits, and the class of misleading spirits. Even though the palace has great enjoyment, it is always known for great hunger and thirst. Even knowing there is sin, they steal and plunder life and merit like a hunter killing a wild animal. Will offerings and sacrifices come? They cause harm because there is hope. If they get a breath, it is as if they have come back to life. By cutting off mantras and so on, they beat the ghosts, causing them fear and dread, the suffering is like a mixture of binding, beating, and burning. High up in U gyen and other places, they protect the Dharma because they have taken vows. Otherwise, by taking the breath of beings, after the lifespan is exhausted, it is like being in hell.
