当生为天神之王帝释时, 世间之人皆喜不善之罪。 纵然宣说殊胜之法,亦无听闻之人。 彼时帝释天, 生起广大的慈悲心。 化现为恐怖的罗刹,吞食众人。 宣告说:谁造不善之罪,便吞食谁。 谁行善事,便不吞食。 以此,世间之人皆行持十善。 如是,以大菩萨的化身, 若能令众人不由自主地趋入佛法, 那便是不可估量的善业。 那些高位者也与此相同。 是这样的推算,多半是如此。 因此,不应诋毁,应净化清净的显现。 不观他人之过,应再三观察自身之过。 以此,是清净自相续的甚深教言。 宣说十不善之业果, 乃是长篇道歌,由饶嘎阿色所著。 于水虎月十三日书写。 吉祥圆满! 顶礼一切智者释迦牟尼! 舍弃十不善,成办十善, 断除杀生,救护他命, 以此异熟果,得生天人。 以等起果,得长寿无病, 以增上果,彼处国土吉祥安乐。 舍弃不予取,得生天人富裕之家。 以等起果,恒时具足受用。 以增上果,恒时五谷丰登。 舍弃非梵行,成为守护戒律之人, 以异熟果,获得天人妙好之身。 以等起果,不取女身。 以增上果,于所生之处, 寒热适中,生于安乐之地。 舍弃妄语,说真实正直之语之人, 以异熟果,得生于大族之家。 以等起果,为众人赞叹恭敬。 以增上果,身体散发香气。 彼所说之语,皆为众人视为真实。 舍弃离间语,调解他人之争端, 以此异熟果,得生天人。 以等起果,不与任何人分离。 以增上果,彼处国土无有恐惧。 舍弃粗恶语,语出柔和之人, 以异熟果,得生天界与人间, 以等起果,获得广大的名声。 以增上果,朋友眷属增多。 舍弃绮语,说有意义之语, 以此异熟之
