No other (effort) is needed; the desired enjoyments arise effortlessly. This is a practice personally undertaken by the Kadampa lamas. Furthermore, there are red Dzambhala, black Dzambhala, yellow Dzambhala, and so on. Their essence is the truly complete and perfect Buddha himself. They emanate as wealth deities to benefit beings. This is the ultimate refuge for lifetimes. Even if the sound of the mantra is heard by birds and wild animals, the doors to lower realms will be cut off, as stated by the Victorious Ones. Especially, the benefits of these ten syllables themselves are beyond comprehension and cannot be fully expressed. Even if water offerings, praises, and torma offerings are made, it is equivalent to making offerings to all Buddhas, and the merit is equal. In this life, enjoyments arise effortlessly, certainly surpassing even the wish-fulfilling jewel. It is said that when the wish-fulfilling jewel declines at the end of an eon, even if one prays, the desired objects will not arise. Even when the Dzambhala deity declines, siddhis will arise. The reason why the practice of the Jil deity is not taught during times of increase is because it is not necessary. For all monks and disciples who are not in retreat, this profound and melodious tune for attaining enjoyments arose from experience on the first day of the waxing moon of the eleventh month in the Horse year (year to be determined), and was spoken by Ra ga A syas. Hey, listen, Yama of karma, you with the poisonous face! You who opens your mouth, gnashing your teeth, with three heads and six arms! Gasha, with a moist head, a garland of hearts, and a seralka! You who roars with the sound of a dragon, with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, literal meaning: cut off) Tuk Chom! Accompanied by a hundred thousand Yamas who make a clamorous sound! You who has a fierce appearance, the form of demons and rakshasas! Accept this tea, alcohol, medicine, blood, and torma, and like the full moon, increase goodness and auspiciousness! You, the great protector of the Tathagata's teachings! All harms from ordinary curses, demons, and spirits, now avert and transform them into dust! Cut off the continuation of disease, death, disasters, and misfortune! When contemplating the meaning of Paragata, all malicious thoughts that create obstacles, vanish like sunlight on snow! Enemies and obstacles of the karma of Maraya, etc., the army of Tsara Ma is not small in power. Avert all diseases of heat, cold, wind, bile, and phlegm! Dzaye, the time has come to fulfill the promise made before your eyes! Vāler, you know what is being focused on! Like a hat, you adorn the heads of the Buddhas of the three times. You, the devourer, opening your mouth, devouring the three realms! With the clamor of Maraya and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, literal meaning: cut off)! And to the seven hundred and twenty retinues of Yama, and to the trillion retinues of demons with "ra", Lachen, harmful spirits and curses

Assembly of Mothers! Eating flesh, drinking blood, gnawing bones, wearing skins. Averting all obstacles of earth and paths. Haha hihi, with laughter and loud sounds. Alala, grant wondrous accomplishments! This was praised when the Jampal Dukdong (Wrathful Manjushri) image was used for averting on the dawn of the 20th day of the fifth month in the Horse year. Mangalam!
