对于蕴，无常何时到来，有什么可确定的？ 不去想这些，对于各种罪恶和不善， 心胸却如此宽广，这是什么魔鬼入了心？ 听到月亮升起、箭射出、死亡百次， 却不记得自己会死亡， 这是谁施加的黑色蒙蔽？ 明明知道自己会死亡， 却什么也不做死亡的准备， 只想着如何安住， 这是被什么样的国王欺骗了？ 仅仅一个月路程的旅行， 都需要准备这么多的干粮， 如果要去一个永远不返回的， 遥远的地方， 却一点干粮的准备都没有， 这是什么样的想法啊？ 听到贪婪马和牲畜的， 一群强盗要来， 还想着如何寻找这短暂的欢乐， 断送性命，将人带往地狱的敌人， 死主阎罗王何时到来无法确定， 为什么不想着逃脱的方法？ 对于那些完全不记得死亡， 沉溺于不善和罪恶的， 疯狂颠倒的人们， 请以慈悲的目光垂视，观世音菩萨。 嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），嘛（藏文：མ，梵文天城体：म，梵文罗马拟音：ma，汉语字面意思：嘛），呢（藏文：ཎི，梵文天城体：णि，梵文罗马拟音：ṇi，汉语字面意思：呢），呗（藏文：པདྨེ，梵文天城体：पद्मे，梵文罗马拟音：padme，汉语字面意思：莲花），美（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 无常死亡的忆念之歌。 马年鸡月（藏历）初八， 由拉嘎阿亚所说。 唉玛！轮回的痛苦， 是如此恐怖且难以忍受， 需要一个能从中救护的皈依处。 父母和亲戚们， 即使心怀善意也无法救护。 天神、龙族、地主神虽然有力量， 但他们自己也 未从轮回中解脱，如何救护他人？ 所有过失都已清净， 所有功德都已圆满增长， 皈依圆满正等觉佛才能救护， 那是究竟的皈依处。 佛是前往寂灭之地的道路， 法是道路的修行方式， 如同在那条道路上行走的帮助者， 僧是朋友般的皈依处。 皈依佛之后， 修持他所说的法， 自己就能进入僧众之列。 从内心皈依佛， 从行为上皈依法而来。 佛的十力、十自在， 以及四无畏等等， 不共法十八等等， 功德不可思议， 理应皈依。 从无数亿劫以来， 为了救护所有众生， 修持十度波罗蜜的苦行， 发下利益众生的愿望， 就这样日夜六时中。

Regarding the aggregates, when will impermanence come, what is certain? Without thinking of these, towards all kinds of sins and non-virtues, The mind is so broad, what demon has entered the heart? Having heard of the moon rising, an arrow shot, death a hundred times, Yet not remembering that oneself will die, What black obscuration has been cast? Knowing full well that oneself will die, Yet doing nothing to prepare for death, Only thinking of how to abide, What kind of king has deceived you? For a journey of just one month, So much provisions must be prepared, If one must go to a distant place from which one will never return, Yet there is not even a single preparation of provisions, What kind of thought is that? Having heard that a gang of robbers Greedy for horses and cattle is coming, Still thinking of how to seek this short-lived pleasure, The enemy who cuts off life and leads to hell, When the Lord of Death, Yama, will come is uncertain, Why not think of a way to escape? For those who never remember death, Indulging in non-virtue and sin, The mad and deluded people, Please look upon them with compassion, Avalokiteśvara. The suffering of samsara, Is so terrifying and unbearable, One needs a refuge to protect from it. Parents and relatives, Even with good intentions cannot protect. The gods, nagas, and local deities, though powerful, But they themselves also Have not been liberated from samsara, how can they protect others? All faults are cleansed and purified, All qualities are fully increased, Only refuge in the fully enlightened Buddha can protect, That is the ultimate refuge. The Buddha is the path to the land of peace, The Dharma is the way to practice the path, Like a helper walking on that path, The Sangha is a friend-like refuge. Having taken refuge in the Buddha, Practicing the Dharma he taught, Oneself can enter the ranks of the Sangha. From the heart, taking refuge in the Buddha, From actions, refuge comes from the Dharma. The Buddha's ten powers, ten freedoms, And the four fearlessnesses, etc., The eighteen unshared qualities, etc., Inconceivable qualities, One should take refuge in him. From countless eons, For the sake of saving all beings, Practicing the hardships of the ten perfections, Making aspirations to benefit beings, Thus, six times day and night.
