Then the gatekeepers of the nagas, the earth lords and ground owners, because of the conflict between the white and black sides, people also fight. Temples and monasteries will collapse and be destroyed. Machig Palden Lhamo becomes wrathful, rising from the shores of the northeastern ocean, crying out in the center of the sky, her saliva falling as rain of blood. Therefore, dakinis and yoginis fight, the heat from their mouths condenses into a fog of disease, their palms strike in the space, raining down human and livestock diseases, sweeping away the people and livestock of Jambudvipa with a broom.
