又，小蛇尾巴带发者，是无法估量的。在海边嬉戏时，海边无数的树木顶端，有被称为“天空飞翔”的大鹏鸟族，它们大量地杀戮并吞食（小蛇尾巴带发者）。在它们的周围，大海之中，有像山一样大的大鱼，有一种叫做“鱼吞”的牲畜会吞噬它们。有一种叫做“吞彼”的众生会吞噬它们。还有海狸、海龟、水马、水羊、水牛、水牦牛，以及水人等等，数不胜数。吞食所有这些的是，一种叫做“水怪”的巨大如山的生物。它张开嘴三年之久，嘴里聚集着无数的众生。合上嘴吞食后，流出的血将那片海域染成红色。有一种叫做“大腹”的大蛇，它用身体缠绕着中央的殊胜山王，缠绕三圈。因为身体极其巨大，爬到陆地上会被鸟吃掉，沉入水中会被水生动物吃掉，无法死去，痛苦巨大。有一种叫做“食肉”的众生，在海洋深处的黑暗岛屿上，它们的身体非常巨大，因为饥饿难耐，找不到食物，就自己吃自己的身体。它们愚蠢且极其迟钝，不知道自己生了重病，也不知道自己正在啃食自己。它们身患重病，啃食自己的身体。水怪等身体巨大的生物，被海螺等小生物在身体上钻孔。因为病痛巨大而摇摆，搅动大海，引起地震和巨大的塌陷。小的被大的吞噬，诸如此类。牲畜的痛苦是无法估量的。这些是居于其地的牲畜，在大海之中，就像酒中掺水一样。这些是居于其地的牲畜。散落在人间和天界的，有鸟类、野兽、昆虫等等。最快乐的牲畜是绵羊，依附于人类的牲畜，如耕地、驮运、宰杀等，显而易见。有些菩萨，因为细微的堕落的因果，有时会转生为牲畜，但他们懂得为同类宣讲佛法。谁吃了它们的肉、血、骨头，谁穿了它们的皮，都能因为最初的关联而被引导。它们也没有痛苦。虽然身体上也有痛苦，但那是菩提心

Furthermore, the small beings with snake tails and hair are immeasurable. When they frolic on the seashore, countless trees line the shore, and many Garuda-like beings called "sky soarers" kill and devour them. Around them, in the great ocean, are large fish as big as mountains, and there is a beast called "fish swallower" that engulfs them. There is a being called "swallower of that" that engulfs them. There are also beavers, turtles, water horses, water sheep, water oxen, water yaks, and water people, countless in number. Devouring all of these is a creature called "water monster," as large as a great mountain. It opens its mouth for three years, and countless beings gather inside. When it closes its mouth and devours them, the blood turns that part of the ocean red. There is a great serpent called "large belly" that wraps around the supreme mountain king in the center, encircling it three times. Because its body is extremely large, if it comes ashore, birds will eat it; if it sinks into the water, aquatic creatures will devour it. It cannot die and suffers greatly. There are beings called "flesh eaters" in the dark islands of the deep ocean. Their bodies are enormous, and because they are extremely hungry and cannot find food, they eat their own bodies. They are foolish and extremely dull, unaware that they have a serious illness and do not understand that they are gnawing at themselves. They are severely ill and eat their own bodies. Large-bodied creatures like water monsters have holes drilled into their bodies by small creatures like conches. The great pain causes them to sway, stirring up the ocean and causing earthquakes and massive collapses. The small are devoured by the large, and so on. The suffering of animals is immeasurable. These are the animals that dwell in those places, in the great ocean, like water mixed into alcohol. These are the animals that dwell in those places. Scattered in the human and divine realms are birds, wild animals, insects, and so on. The happiest animals are sheep, and the animals that serve humans, such as those used for plowing, carrying loads, and slaughtering, are obvious. Some Bodhisattvas, due to the karmic consequences of subtle downfalls, are sometimes reborn as animals, but they know how to teach the Dharma to their own kind. Whoever eats their flesh, blood, and bones, and whoever wears their skin, can be guided because of the initial connection. They also do not suffer. Although they may experience physical pain, it is the Bodhicitta.
