If you are human, now you should avoid small sins. Even small sins will create suffering in countless eons. Even small virtues should be diligently practiced. Even small virtues will bring happiness in countless lives. The happiness of gods and humans, In the long run, is also impermanent and will turn into suffering. No matter which of the six realms you are born into, it is suffering. Samsara is an ocean of suffering, With the turbulent waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death. The way to liberate from this is the supreme Dharma, If you practice now, you will surely achieve it. The foundation of Dharma is discipline, If the vows and commitments are pure, There will be no fear of falling into the lower realms. There is no reason why obtaining a human body is difficult. Whichever of the three, hearing, thinking, and meditating, you do, It will go on the path and become meaningful. If the vows and commitments, Any of the four root vows are broken, It is like a castle with a bad foundation. Even if the merit of hearing and thinking is great, It is difficult to accomplish the great benefit of oneself and others. Therefore, these four root vows, Keep your own mind as a witness to protect them. There is no certainty when the Lord of Death will come, Even if it comes, there is no way to stop it, Even if it comes, do virtuous deeds without regret. Whatever prayers, Dharma practices, etc. you know, Don't think of it as a public burden, Always practice diligently morning and evening. The way to increase the benefits of practice, The Lamas of the Yuganaddha lineage, Visualize them on the crown of your head, Pray from the depths of your heart. Whatever you do, pour your wisdom and heart into it. Melt into light and absorb into yourself. Then look at the nature of your own mind. Even if you look, you cannot see it, just leave it as it is. If you are drowsy and confused, look with alertness. Relax, and rest naturally. If there are many wandering thoughts, relax. Wherever you go, let go, and then stand firm. The nature of mind is emptiness, Without form, color, or substance. Emptiness is the nature of the Dharmakaya. The nature of mind is clear and bright, Self-aware, self-luminous, naked. It is the nature of the Sambhogakaya. The appearance of mind is unobstructed, Wherever it goes, whatever it appears. It is the nature of the Nirmanakaya. These three are inseparable, one essence. It is the nature of the Svabhavikakaya. If you do not recognize your own nature, The co-emergent ignorance, Is the root of wandering in samsara. If you recognize your own nature, The co-emergent wisdom is the Mahamudra. The Dharmakaya is unborn

It is like this. Whatever thoughts arise in the mind, if you do not recognize your own nature, then thoughts are great ignorance, the root of the six realms of samsara. If you recognize the nature of thoughts, they will naturally subside like waves merging into water, that is the great wisdom of non-contrivance. In the initial stage of practice, whatever arises, observe its nature. Through observation, the nature subsides, naturally liberated, remaining for a moment in the naked state of luminosity and emptiness. This is what is to be practiced. From then on, raise it a little higher, and you will reach the point of mere recollection. If you do not recollect, that is delusion, after recollecting, that practice is sufficient. The practice becomes easy to carry out. Even if thoughts do not decrease, thoughts will not hinder meditation, like snow falling on the sea, thoughts will appear as meditation. From then on, if you progress a little, you will be convinced that all external and internal worlds are your own mind. The nature of mind is without root or foundation, recognize the great seal of emptiness. Apart from practicing the nature of mind, you will feel that nothing is needed. The body is comfortable, the mind is happy, and the energy channels are relaxed. You will feel that there is no one happier than me. You will feel that there is no difference between enemies and friends, the attachment to food and clothing decreases, and you want to let go of all affairs. At that time, the state and experience are very intense, sometimes flashing like sparks. Sometimes luminosity and emptiness appear nakedly, sometimes you feel empty and dazed, thinking that everything is emptiness. Sometimes delusions are more than before, the five poisons, hatred and jealousy are more intense, even more severe than before. Whatever good or bad arises, do not abandon it, cherish observing the nature. Do not generate attachment to the good, do not be discouraged by the bad, if you can practice the nature of whatever arises, then the seer and the seen will merge into one. This meditation has no clinging object, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, are inseparably merged with your own mind. External rocky mountains and beings, etc., although they appear separately, their nature is emptiness, like the moon appearing in water. As vast as the sky is, so vast is the mind, the nature of mind appears nakedly. That state cannot be described, there is nothing that "is" or "is not". The sutras, tantras, pith instructions, and the guru's teachings, like earth pigs discussing matters, all fall upon your own mind. Even without memorizing or analyzing, if spoken, it is like an endless river. For the mind that has not realized this, it is false.
