No matter where you look from, it shines with light and glory. I remember you with single-minded devotion. Do you hear the sound of me speaking your name in praise? The appearance is an emanation body, wearing the three robes of Dharma. Tea and silk come from the eastern realm. Abiding clearly like a full moon. Tathagata, light of lapis lazuli. You are especially loving to ordinary beings. Now, do not be negligent, look with eyes of compassion. Please cut off diseases, human illnesses, and epidemics of livestock. Realizing the view of Prajna, perfecting the practice of the ten Paramitas. Like sunlight hitting a girl, eliminating obscurations, please become the protector of beings who have never been mothers. Please eliminate obstacles and harms caused by elemental disturbances, and all diseases caused by imbalances of hot and cold. May I achieve this life like you, clearly possessing the six superknowledges. Like a blind person, being revered by beings as the crown of their heads, food, drink, and enjoyment fulfilling the merits of beings. All scattered actions and behaviors, may the wonderful connections become meaningful. May countless trillions of beings, all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch with the great lotus, be completely placed in the teachings. May I be able to guide them through the ten bhumis and five paths without obstacles. With the power of Hayagriva, Ala la ho, please grant me accomplishments. This is the praise of the Medicine Buddha. Ah! Please listen, Venerable Hermitess. Showing various colors such as yellow, green, and red. Gasha, precious ornaments, silk banners flying. I rely on you with single-minded devotion. Do you hear the sound of my praises and mantras? The appearance is graceful and beautiful, the form of a delightful goddess. Offering various teas, wines, offerings, and tormas. Like a full moon, possessing the white light of compassion. The one mother of all Tathagatas. You are loving to those threatened by ordinary diseases. Now is the time to show your compassion. Please cut off diseases, epidemics, and livestock plagues. Showing the form body of Prajna, the goddess who has perfected the six Paramitas. Please pacify the diseases and evil spirits of yaks, cows, sheep, livestock, etc., all beings who have never been mothers. Please eliminate obstacles caused by elemental disturbances
