无论何时体验或观看， 无论如何美好或看似真实， 都要明白那只是一味禅修的污垢， 愿观看者与所观看之物融为一体。 即使心中产生一丝执着， 也要视其为违背大手印的真谛， 愿这无须修饰、无须造作的自性心， 自然安住，不做任何改变。 如同自心无有实体可执， 愿自身语也安住于此状态。 愿诸佛菩萨及一切众生， 无有自他分别，融为一体。 如同外在虚空一般，愿自心， 土地、岩石、山脉、树木、森林等， 一切都与自心无有分别， 愿显现与心识无二无别，融为一体。 敌人砍杀、恶语相向， 亲友帮助、恭敬侍奉， 这二者在修行的自性心中，毫无差别， 愿生起大平等性的证悟。 揭露过失、赞美奉承， 富有与贫穷、饱足与饥饿， 强势与顺从、权力微弱，毫无分别， 愿于平等一味之义中获得稳固。 贪恋、憎恨、诽谤、轻蔑、恶意， 殴打、偷盗、抢夺、破坏、疾病、邪魔等， 一切违缘，如火烧林一般， 愿一切都显现为修行的助伴。 地狱、饿鬼等一切众生， 与自心无有分别，融为一体。 证悟心外无有六道轮回， 愿脱离于轮回中漂泊的恐惧。 诸佛之心与自心无二无别， 除了自心显现之外， 了悟无有他佛之义， 愿不再希求从他处获得佛果。 虽然实际上没有所谓的死亡， 但当死亡之主被疾病缠身之时， 了悟无常如幻之义， 愿对任何事物都不再执着。 四大组成的身体感受病痛折磨， 亲友们发出哭泣哀嚎之声， 即使上师供养等仪式繁琐粗糙， 愿修行之心毫不动摇。 无论显现何种次第的白光或红光， 那些都只是心的分别念而已。 了知没有丝毫从他处显现之物， 愿守护所显现之物的本性。 原始的无云晴空般的光明

Whenever there is experience or viewing, However good or seemingly real it may be, Understand that it is just the stain of one-pointed meditation, May the viewer and what is viewed merge into one. Even if a single strand of attachment arises in the mind, See it as contrary to the meaning of Mahamudra, May this mind of self-nature, without fabrication or alteration, Rest naturally, without any change. Just as the self-mind has no substance to grasp, May one's own body and speech also abide in that state. May all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and all sentient beings, Without self or other, merge into one. Like the external space, may one's own mind, Land, rocks, mountains, trees, forests, etc., All be inseparable from one's own mind, May appearance and mind be non-dual, merging into one. Enemies cutting and speaking harsh words, Friends helping and serving with respect, These two are without difference in the self-nature of practice, May the realization of great equanimity arise. Revealing faults and offering praise, Wealth and poverty, satiety and hunger, Dominance and submission, weak power, without distinction, May stability be attained in the meaning of equal taste. Attachment, hatred, slander, contempt, ill will, Beating, stealing, robbing, destroying, sickness, evil spirits, etc., All adverse conditions, like fire spreading in a forest, May all appear as aids to practice. All sentient beings in hell, hungry ghosts, etc., Inseparably merge into one with one's own mind. Realizing that there are no six realms of samsara apart from the mind, May there be no fear of wandering in samsara. The heart of the Buddhas and one's own mind are inseparable, Realizing that there is no other Buddha apart from the manifestation of one's own mind, May there be no desire to obtain Buddhahood from elsewhere. Although there is actually no such thing as death, When the lord of death is seized by illness, Realizing the meaning of impermanence as illusion, May there be no attachment to anything whatsoever. The body composed of the four elements experiences pain and suffering, Friends and relatives utter cries of lamentation, Even if the rituals of offering to the lama are cumbersome and rough, May the mind of practice remain unwavering. Whatever sequence of white light or red light may appear, Those are merely the mind's own conceptual thoughts. 如母虚空般，光明无边中显现之时，如遇往昔旧识之人般，愿于彼之 境中长久安住。若不于彼安住，神识迁转之时，愿持明勇士空行众，以鲜花降雨、乐器之声，引领至极乐净土。于彼净土莲苞中化生，获得具足妙相之身，甫生莲花绽放时，得见无量光之圣颜。彼胜者作菩提之授记后，刹那之间超登十地，以无数化身度化众生。从现喜至极乐与密严刹土，于无数刹土中，以无量化身，如普贤云供般，供养诸佛，听闻正法。总而言之，愿与圣观世音自在，身语意无别合一，乃至轮回虚空安住之际，成为引导有情众生之吉祥。法界本初即清净，因果缘起不虚妄，诸佛菩萨之谛实力，愿此等祈愿无碍成就。此乃阿努才仁崩之意愿，由第七世噶玛阿惹嘎匆忙书写。吉祥！善哉！康区上部囊谦（囊谦县）昂冈工艺文化显密正法增益洲古籍修复室整理出版。比丘瑜伽行者RaGa Aasya之顿悟偈。

Like the mother sky, when the clear light appears without beginning or end, like meeting someone you knew in the past, may I abide in that state for a long time. If I do not abide in that, when consciousness is transferred, may the hosts of vidyadharas, heroes, and dakinis, with showers of flowers and the sound of music, lead me to the Pure Land of Sukhavati. Having been miraculously born in a lotus bud in that land, having obtained a body endowed with marks and signs, as soon as I am born, may the lotus open, and may I see the supreme face of Amitabha. After that Victorious One gives the prophecy of enlightenment, may I quickly ascend the ten bhumis in an instant, and may I lead beings with countless emanations. From Abhirati to Akanishta and Dense Array, in countless realms, with immeasurable emanations, like the clouds of offerings of Samantabhadra, may I make offerings to the Buddhas and listen to the sacred Dharma. In short, may I become inseparable and unified with the noble Avalokiteshvara, body, speech, and mind, and as long as samsara and space remain, may I be the glory of leading sentient beings. The Dharmadhatu is primordially pure, the cause and effect of dependent origination is unfailing, and by the power of the truth of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may these prayers be fulfilled without obstruction.
