གཟིགས། །འཆི་ཁ་ནད་གཅོད་ཟུག་གཟེར་ཆེ། །ཚེ་འདིར་སྒྲིབ་པ་མི་ཆེ་ཡང་། །ཚེ་རབས་མང་པོའི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཀུན། །ཟུག་གཟེར་དེ་ཡིས་བྱང་བ་རུ། །བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཚེ་འདིར་སྲོག་བཅད་སྤངས་ན་ཡང་། །ཚེ་རབས་དུ་མར་སྲོག་བཅད་པའི། །ལས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་སྨིན་ལན་ཆགས་ཀུན། །ད་རེས་ཚེ་ནི་ཐུང་བ་དེས། །ལྷག་མ་མེད་པར་བྱང་བ་རུ། །བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཚེ་འདིར་བླ་མ་མང་པོ་མཇལ། །དབང་ལུང་ཁྲིད་རིམ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཐོབ། །སྡོམ་གསུམ་ཉེས་སྐྱོན་མེད་པ་དང་། །ཐོས་བསམ་བསྒོམ་ལ་འབད་པ་དང་། །བདག་དང་མི་འགྱུར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡི། །ཆགས་ཕྱི་དཀའ་ལས་གང་བྱས་དེས། །ད་རེས་ བར་དོ་འདི་ཉིད་ནས། །རྩལ་པོ་ཆེ་ཡིས་མདའ་འཕང་བཞིན། །བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཅིག །ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཟུངས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །སྤྱིར་ནི་འབྲེལ་ཐོགས་ཚེ་འདས་ཀུན། །ཁྱད་པར་ཉེ་གནས་མ་ཕམ་གྱི། །སྐྱིད་སྡུག་རེ་ས་ང་བས་མེད། །ང་ཡི་རེ་ས་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །འབྲེལ་ཐོགས་ཚེ་འདས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །མ་ཕམ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་མ་བཏང་ཞིག །རང་དང་ལས་འབྲས་དབང་བཙན་ཏེ། །གཤིན་རྗེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་ཀྱང་། །ལས་འབྲས་གང་གདའ་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །ལས་འབྲས་བཅོས་སུ་མེད་ན་ཡང་། །ལམ་རྒྱུད་ལྔ་ཡི་བདག་པོ་ནི། །ཚངས་པ་ཀུན་འཇིགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཁྱེད། །ལས་ལ་དབང་བའི་སྟོབས་མངའ་བས། །སྐྱེ་གནས་མཐོ་དམན་ཁྱེད་དབང་ཆེ། །དེ་སྐད་མོའུ་འགལ་མདོ་ལས་གསུངས། །དེ་ཕྱིར་མ་ཕམ་ལ་སོགས་པ། །བདག་ལ་འབྲེལ་ཐོགས་ཚེ་འདས་ཀུན། །ལས་སྒྲིབ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཆེ་ན་ཡང་། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས། །ལས་ངན་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཟིལ་མནན་ནས། །ད་རེས་སྐྱེ་བ་གཞན་དག་གིས། །བར་མ་ཆོད་པར་ནུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས། ། བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ། །སྐད་ཅིག་ལག་པ་བརྐྱང་བསྐུམ་ལ། །འདྲེན་པར་མཛོད་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། །ཐུགས་དམ་ཞལ་བཞེས་མ་སྙེལ་ཞིག །ཞིང་དེར་མེ་ཏོག་པདྨ་ཡི། །སྦུབས་ལ་སྐྱེ་བ་ལེན་པ་རུ། །བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཁྱད་པར་ཨོ་རྒྱན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །ཁྱེད་ལ་འབོད་ཅིང་ཤི་བའི་མི། །མ་ཕམ་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་དྲོངས། །གཞན་ཡང་བདག་ལ་རེ་ལྟོས་པའི། །ཚེ་འདས་བར་དོའི་འཕྲང་ནས་སུས། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ། །མྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དུ་འདྲེན་དུ་གསོལ། །མ་མགོན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་རྣམས། །བར་མ་དོ་རུ་འཇུག་ཚེ་ཡང་། །ཞིང་ཁམས་དག་པར་ཁྲིད་གསུངས་ན། །མ་ཕམ་ལ་སོགས་

垂视！临终病痛剧烈。 今生罪障虽不大， 然多生累劫之罪障， 愿皆因剧痛而得以清净。 请加持我，观世音！ 今生虽已断杀生， 然多生累劫所造杀业， 其业果报应与宿债， 今以此短寿之身， 愿皆无余清净。 请加持我，观世音！ 今生得见诸多上师， 获得灌顶传承口诀如海。 严守三律仪无有犯戒， 精进闻思修。 以及我与不变金刚， 所做之供养苦行。 愿以此功德， 于此中阴之际， 如勇士射箭一般， 得生极乐净土。 慈悲摄受我，观世音！ 总而言之，所有有缘亡者， 特别是近侍玛旁（Ma Pham）， 其苦乐依靠非我莫属。 我之依靠唯有观世音！ 所有有缘亡者， 玛旁（Ma Pham）请勿舍弃以慈悲。 自身与业果虽强大， 然阎罗法王亦如是说， 除了业果之外， 业果实难改变。 然五道之主宰， 名为梵天具威者， 圣观世音自在您， 拥有主宰业力之大能， 转生善恶您能主宰。 如是《莫佑噶经》所说。 是故玛旁（Ma Pham）等， 与我有关联之亡者， 纵然业障极其深重， 然以您之慈悲威力， 压制恶业罪障。 愿自此之后，不再经历其他转世， 不经历中阴阶段，径直往生西方， 极乐世界。 于弹指顷刻间， 祈请您接引，观世音！ 于无量光佛前， 莫忘昔日之誓愿。 于彼刹土莲花中， 愿得莲花化生。 请加持我，观世音！ 特别是乌金仁波切（莲花生大师）， 呼唤您名号而亡之人， 玛旁（Ma Pham）请引领往生极乐刹土。 其他依赖于我之， 亡者从中阴险道中， 愿迅速引领往生， 极乐世界。 玛哈嘎拉等护法神众， 于中阴入胎之时， 亦曾发愿引领往生净土， 玛旁（Ma Pham）等

Look! The pain of terminal illness is severe. Although the obscurations in this life are not great, May all the sins and obscurations of many lifetimes Be purified by this pain. Please bless me, Avalokiteshvara! Although I have abandoned killing in this life, May all the karmic ripenings and debts Of the killing committed in many lifetimes Be completely purified by this short life now. Please bless me, Avalokiteshvara! In this life, I have met many lamas, Received oceans of empowerments, transmissions, and instructions. I have kept the three vows without fault, And strived in hearing, thinking, and meditating. And whatever hardships I have endured In serving myself and the Immutable Vajra, May all of that From this bardo itself, Like a skilled archer shooting an arrow, May I take birth in the realm of Great Bliss. Embrace me with compassion, Avalokiteshvara! In general, all connected deceased, Especially the close attendant Mapham, No one relies on me for happiness and sorrow. My refuge is Avalokiteshvara! All connected deceased, May Mapham not be abandoned by compassion. Although oneself and karmic results are powerful, And even Yama, the King of Dharma, says, "Apart from karmic results, Karmic results cannot be altered," Yet the master of the five paths, Called Brahma, the All-Conqueror, Noble Avalokiteshvara, Lord, You possess the power to control karma, You have great power over high and low rebirths. So it is said in the Mougal Sutra. Therefore, Mapham and others, All deceased connected to me, Even if their karmic obscurations are very great, By the power of your compassion, May negative karma and obscurations be suppressed, And without interruption by other rebirths, May they go to the west, To the realm of Sukhavati. In an instant of stretching and contracting the arm, Please lead them, Avalokiteshvara! Before Amitabha, May you not forget your vows. In that realm, in the calyx of a lotus flower, May they take birth. Please bless me, Avalokiteshvara! Especially Orgyen Rinpoche, People who die calling your name, Mapham, please lead them to the realm of Great Bliss. Furthermore, those who rely on me, From the dangerous paths of the bardo, May they be quickly led To the realm of Sukhavati. Mahakala and other Dharma protectors, When entering the bardo, have also vowed to lead to pure lands, Mapham and others
